Firstly I really like being greeted by Vladimir. He was very nice, gentle & especially had a great great sense of hospitality by reminding us all the stuff about hours. Also later on before we left, he did not forget to wish us a great week ahead and a great German Unity Day. Now about the hotel, it's clean, cozy in our room. Though we can hear people playing around in the room next door (I think kids), it is still quiet and enjoyable for my partner and me.

Location is perfect for us. The breakfast was outstanding value and definately recommended. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is basic, but clean and has all you need to be comfy and rested. Cannot fault the value for money at all.

A lift would be nice, but its not essential. Road noise was quite bad, but not enough to stop us getting a good snooze. A lot of dog poo in the park and square across the road. That seems to be a feature of Germany in general though.

Very good hotel . Suite is amazing . Breakfast also good. Good hospitality. 10 mins walkable distance from main railway station. Near to Slubice Stadtbruke which is the tourist attraction. Easy connectivity with bus/tram. Good location

There is no lift

the staff is nice and helpful and rooms very clean

we stayed at the last floor and in summer is super hot. The fan was not enough to refresh the room. It would be probably better to have thicker curtains both to avoid the heat and too much light that wakes you up in the early morning.

Personnel was very polite and welcoming. Free parking on the back yard. Ok to stay for one night. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.

The room gets stuffy quite quickly, but opening windows is not possible due to the noise even at night.

Basic hotel with all you could want. Breakfast is outstanding value Really clean and pleasant. Lovely staff and dog was not a problem.

Gluten free or lactose free knowledge and European hotels have alove affair with giant square pillows. These were provided here. I really hate those square pillows but to be fair I didn't ask for an alternative. Everything else was spot on.

We liked all in the hotel. Perfect location, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was tasty and more than enough. Very friendly and helpful stuff. I can recommend this place for stay in Frankfurt.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Found a safe place to store our bikes in the cellar and another place to store our luggage whilst we explored the town after we checked out.

Minor thing, there was tea, sugar and milk in the room, but no coffee.

Nice hotel, bathroom was great, as well as it was easy to park inside the hotel's reserved parking. It was smooth getting in even in the middle of the night. The double bed was comfy.

Single bed was not the most comfortable, not even.

The room was clean, provided with nice quality towels, soap and hairdryer, I was able to self check in when I arrived late at night.

The location seems to be close to a some kind of "main" road for all emergency services, could hear ambulance and police sirens multiple times a day - everyday.
