We had the room on the basement - it was very clean ( and a great offer for the price). The breakfast was ok, and you can park in the street ( you have to pay a little) but it's ok. The location is great near the lake ( 5 min on foot). There is tea and coffee in the room.

Be aware that in the basement you have a little window ( you see the shoes of the passerby, and the tires of the car). We knew it so it was ok for us, and the room is well isolated (no noise, when you close the window).

It's a reletively small hotel, five min walking to the train station, Zepplin museum, and the lakeside. The reception is really nice, who recommended us the restaurant s'Wirtshaus am See, which was the best during this travelling. Air-conditioning in the room and I like their charging outlet which has both USB and Type C.

The shower and the toilette could be better. Supermarket is a little bit far away.

Rooms are freshly renovated and very clean - and have everything you need. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location also great, as it is very close to the lake and shops/restaurants.

Breakfast could add a few more vegetarian/vegan options, but we understand that a full buffet is difficult during low season. During those times, it might be an idea to ask guests upfront what they like and adjust the offering accordingly :)

I must appreciate the way staff help us during critical time, one of my friend had injury & she couldnt walk, hotel staff were so helpful they quickly provided us necessary information and booked taxi to hospital, we were delighted to see the gesture during our stay, warm breakfast and super cleaned rooms. Everything is worth what we spent. And hotel is at walkable distance from promenade & central station.

Staff was warm and welcoming. We were able to check in early. They've pretty much thought of everything you'd need in the room.

The location was a little off the beaten path. The bathroom is all glass, but has privacy film.

Location, style, price, very attentive and friendly staff, we would definitivly recommend this Villa if you visit Friedrichshafen!

Clean and spacious, great breakfast we changed our arrival time and had large luggage and the hotel accommodated us.

The location is good, rooms are nice.

Check in process could have been flexible. We were asked to check in before 8 PM.

As we travelled by ferry from Romanshorn, the location was excellent
