We stayed for a week in an Apartment type room, so we had a separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Twin beds, but absolutely okay when pushed together, beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Dark curtains. Leysieffer coffee machine with enough capsules for full stay (we asked for additional ones right in the beginning, otherwise possible to ask the cleaning ladies as receptionist not always there). Comfortable outside door working with room card - at check-out can simply leave the card in a mailbox. Kitchen is small and very limited supplies, but we were well prepared and had some things and spices with us (these are not provided on-site). The grocery store is right next door, so it was really easy and convenient to make our own food throughout the stay - perfect way to stay on budget. Across the street is also a lovely breakfast buffee, a bit pricey though, but fabulous coffee! As I had read all the previous reviews, I was a bit concerned mainly regarding the kitchen area being too minimalist, but must admit that eventually this accommodation exceeded our expectations. And definitely one of the best locations a tourist could have!

Check-in was a bit challenging, but luckily we were able to arrive at the daytime while receptionist was there, so after calling she came downstairs to meet us. Some noise coming from the hallway (by other guests), as the apartment door was not anyhow soundproof. Few dishes and the pan was not clean in the kitchen, also plates were a bit broken, but still useable. No bowl in the kitchen.

The hotel is close to the main attractions of the city and very close to the Schlosstheater (which was my main reason to go there), so that was ideal. The hotel looks modern and new, and the rooms are huge. There was even a sitting area in the room, without it getting cramped (not at all). The air conditioning was working very well (it was hot when I was visiting Fulda) and the windows keep out the noise from outside. The bed was on the hard side, but I like it that way.

The check in procedure was a bit weird. They state that they are there from 1 till 2 and that the keys will be put in the boxes after that, but I was there before 2 and the keys were already in the boxes.

This hotel was absolutely outstanding. The room was huge, everything was super clean, very organised (communication with hotel, where to get what, etc.) and some little items for free in the minibar. Also, the price was super attractive. You‘d never get this value for money at another hotel from my personal experience… If I‘m going back to Fulda, this is my one and only place to stay!

This was my first visit to "Sternenstadt" Fulda, and I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. I am glad Fulda is working to reduce light pollution, and I look forward to visiting again with my family and spending some evenings with them in Sternenpark Rhön. The location is great, and everything about the hotel was fine, including the staff-free check in. I would stay in this hotel again, especially if I was traveling for work.

The soundproofing of the room isn't good enough. I heard other people's voice clearly.

Excellent location in the baroque city centre, near to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, and communication from the staff when not present (checking in/out, finding the key, payment) was also friendly and efficient. The rooms are very spacious and clean, modern and comfortable. Great coffee machine, and some snacks are on the house. Very welcoming.

No parking on hotel premises, the nearby parking garage is quite expensive.

Relatively easy check in. No people to assist on site. Very large room and it was quite hot so the air conditioner was a welcome relief. Nice lift too

Very nice location, close to the train station (10 min walk), big room with comfortable bed. Very clean and nice that they left in the room free of charge tea, coffee, water and some small snacks. I strongly recommend.

great location 👍🏻 amazing help from staff with Wi-Fi as we had trouble 👍🏻 and oh my god the goodie bag was a nice surprise as we didn’t wanted the room cleaned or towels changed throughout our stay 🥰 would recommend to friends/family and would stay there again 🤩

The location is great. The room was big and comfy. Great blackout curtains.

Sadly, due to covid safety restrictions, there was no staff at the front desk. I'm glad we're being safe, I'll be much happier when I can talk to people at the front desk.
