It is very close to everything - to the train station, which connects you with all major cities, to the bus to Legoland and to the city centre. Right in the front of it there is a supermarket. There are may restaurants around. The WiFi is very good. The room and the bathroom are big and very clean. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is polite and ready to help.

The self check-in didn’t work and it’s more like wasting your time and nerves than convenience. In the end you go to the reception anyway

Close to Legoland, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, additional common eating space for consuming own or takeout foods. The walls and windows are really well sound-insolated - we had a room overlooking the street, and we had no issues sleeping.

Additional towel would be welcome (for the kid sleeping on the additional bed).

The rooms (I had a double room and a family room for 4 booked) were very clean, comfortable and suitable to meet our needs. The breakfast was delicious and there was an excellent choice of things to eat and drink.

I was disappointed when I used the automatic check-in, on arrival. Only the double room that I had booked showed up on the system. Then, when I checked in with at hotel reception desk, the booked family room was only booked for two, not four, persons. The situation was easily rectified but it did rather spoil our first few minutes at the hotel.

The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. We loved everything about the rooms, and beautiful clean bathroom. The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting Legoland! We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the bunkbeds. Great staff also working at the hotel this was very much appreciated, thank you!

We kept having to ask for an extra towel every day as they only gave us tree when there was four off us staying in the room the reception is none existent as it’s all by automated service there is really nothing personal about the place that would make you welcome

Very good hotel in Gunzburg, close to LEgoland park. Very efficient check in system, totally automated (no reception). Nice, abundant breakfast with personnel. Free parking on the streets until 9:00 am (with a stretch to 9:16 am!). Several good restaurants in the vicinity for a quick dinner bite. Totally recommended while in the area.

Good location for visiting Legoland (appr.5 min by car), nice neighborhood (city center with cafes and restaurants), train station is quite close, clean and comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, easy self check-in. We use parking along the street (free of charge at night), but hotel has their own parking also (down the street, there are even detailed maps in rooms with instructions). We enjoy our staying :)

It would be nice to have small fridge in rooms, especially for those who travels with kids

Quick self-accommodation, really easy! Lost of product to choose on breakfast. Great stuff, very kind and helpful. Enough space in room. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Great place to stay when you are planning to visit Legoland. It looks like someone thought about all details. Günzburg Altstadt ist aufregend! :)

Although the location is on a public street, but there is no disturbance. The breakfast is excellent, there is no room service in the hotel , but there is a pizza shop in front of the hotel, The reception ‘s staff was perfect. the rooms are very clean and everything is new.
