I stayed for one night with my three children. got bigger room than expected. even a baby bed was prepared without me even asking :) very nice surprise. thank you for that. dinner was excellent. service at the restaurant very friednly even though my children are not so quiet :) Kids had breakfest for free. what a nice policy for families. and the buffet...superb. very nice atmosphere and kindness all around. I felt very comfortable during our stay and very grateful that the airport was a walking distance. Made a huge difference for the evening check in and early flight. and thank you for the parking underneath!!! comfortable and inexpensive. and close by :)

nothing. maybe the fact that it took really long for the elevator to arrive. but the hotel was full..some police conference :) so it is understandable.

Location was excellent for my trip, just a short walk from terminal to hotel. Staff were all very pleasant, food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, room was clean and tidy, and no noise from outside. (Only noise I heard was from other guests in the corridor outside my room). The view was very pleasant, lots of greenery, considering the location close to the airport. And they also provided free coffee, sandwiches and fruit, for the early morning start to catch my flight home. I only took the coffee. (They also had oat milk readily available, which is my preference). They also booked my taxi for my journey during my stay and it was ready and waiting for me on time.

The lobby is beautiful. Such a pretty hotel. The family room is spacious, so much room to spread out and relax. It was nice to have a tub in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool, it's clean and in great condition, and room for relaxing, playing, and swimming laps. The breakfast selection was great. We enjoyed watching airplanes from the room window.

Great location straight outside the airport. The lobby area is great and the bar area is nice. The service at the bar was very good considering how busy it was.

Nothing really to dislike. The rooms are looking a bit dated (but well maintained). The a/c in my room was not very good and struggled to get the room cool, and it was only 22-23 degC outside.

Sound proofing was good. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Had some nice drinks in the bar. Excellent for an early morning flight - airport is just across the street, less than 2 minutes. They have a luggage storage room next to the reception, so you don't have to bring all your luggage to the room.

Water pressure in the bath was not vey good. We did not get rooms close together as requested. Restaurant seemed to be closed at 8 pm.

is close to Airport/taxi/train, nice pool, nice Bar and restaurant, great breakfast. this Hotel would have been very flash 10 years ago but starting to get a little tied, still a very nice place to stay!

i noticed in the bathroom there were some little insects running arounf the floor and also a long black hair that was not from us! so it made me think how clean it was, also the shower was over a bath which is not perfect. other wise enjoyed our stay!

All of the staff were wonderful! Frau Celik was especially kind to all of us and to our small kids. The pool was fantastic and such a HUGE value add! The breakfast was great! The interior design was super cool. And our room was a godsend. Exactly what we needed! Comfortable, clean, dark, spacious! They even gave us water at check in - thank you!!

Easy walking distance from the airport. Single room was spacious and ideal for my needs. Received a free bottle of water at check-in. A nice touch as it was hot outside. I prepaid for my breakfast. There was a good selection of both continental and cooked options.

Only stayed one night, so can't fault the hotel on this occasion.

The Location was excellent just across from the airport and train station so easy to get anywhere you need to. I was there for a show in the fair grounds and it was very convenient to get to. Perfect if you have early or late flights. Had dinner every night I stayed and it was very nice.

Could do with better pillows and more choice on the menu

Proximity to the airport couldn't be better - one can walk directly to the terminal for access to airlines and the "S-Bahn" train to the main station in the city. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet and restaurant food were all excellent. The Front Desk staff were most accommodating, in particular Frau A. Vosseler who took time to assist me in the business center with computer issues. High marks!
