Reception was a nice surprise, extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. She even offered vouchers for Brenz Park and Aquarena when I mentioned my plans for the day. Breakfast was fabulous and varied every morning. Delightful, unhurried feel and pleasant surroundings. Great start to each day!

When I first booked from overseas, I would have liked an explanation of how to go about getting hold of the room card. When I enquired by email in German, I was only told that I could check in online but not how I would get into the hotel in the event of there not being any staff at the weekend, which was what I had been informed of.

ECOME was nothing short of remarkable I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely of a hotel it was despite it's more budget friendly price. It's clean, modern design and well designed rooms and toilets make it comfortable and enjoyable to wind down in the evening. ECOMEs location is just a short walk from the train station, and getting around by foot in Heidenheim is easy from here, with the center just 7 minutes by foot, and Heidenheim castle around 15 minutes by foot. There is a grocery store right next door as well for those who want to save a little money on eating out. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely pleasant. I can easily recommend this hotel!

Friendly staff. Comfortable room, with plenty of electrical power points. Buffet breakfast presented with a great deal of care and style. Good selection of food, with some unusual (in a good way) offerings. Hotel is conveniently located, less than 10 minutes' walk from the station, once you discover the pedestrian/cycle path over the canal and under the railway line. The centre of Heidenheim isn't far away, and one can even walk down from the castle in 30 minutes. Going up takes a bit longer.

Traffic noise along the main road continued into the wee hours, so the window could not be left open. Once it was closed, the room was quiet. Signage from the main road to the entrance could be better. The directions for online check-in and QR access weren't entirely clear, but thanks to Deutsche Bahn, we didn't arrive as early as we thought we would.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Right next to it there is a supermarket and in front of the hotel, parking space is available for free. You can park your car easily. Highly recommended for business trips. If you want to have a comfortable sleep, it is the right place.

In my second stay, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. It should be improved. Maybe it was due to my room but unfortunately, I used my phone's hotspot. And one morning, I see a mouldy cheese in breakfast. I showed it to your staff. It was not nice. I regularly stay at your hotel. This happened only once but it is trust-breaking. I Hope this will never happen again.

Breakfast great. Sleep great. Nicely designed and layed out Room. Good sized TV. Car parking was good and safe

Odd policy not to tidy/clean your room, and replace towels. Odd policy not to have a kettle or provide one bottle of water per day to the room. One bottle provided for your first night only. These two points I found annoying and stopped giving it a 10

Great breakfast with lot's of fruits and other choices. It is just 4 minutes walk to the central station of Heidenheim. AC in all rooms. Rooms very clean and appealing design.

I was not able to open the window for more than a bit. So during a hot summer, you need to rely on the AC for a nice cold room temperature. I would prefer to sleep with open window instead of AC.

lovely warm modern hotel, staff wet above and beyond on check in - a miscommunication about check in time but the lady on the reception on the Sunday afternoon was brilliant and came to check me in early. Lovely friendly helpful staff.

Nothing - breakfast and the room were great for what I wanted.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was available and also the measures against COVID were really professional. I felt very safe and , accordingly , I could really enjoy my breakfast.

I was in Heidenheim for business but .... I could not connect my laptop computer with the server of our company. I am not sure if this problem was caused by the internet-infrastructure of the hotel or another technical problem.

The communication was uncomplicated, check in was quick and easy. The rooms open up onto a nice roof garden terrace with deck chairs to relax. The breakfast spread was impressive, also for vegetarians and vegans.

That all the food for breakfast was packed separately (a lot of waste). Understandable due to Corono though.

The room was clean and big enough for 2 people.

For vegetarians the breakfast was really thin/small. I would have appreciated a bigger sort of vegetables. Especially for me I had no real choice because I just eat light food for breakfast.
