The room was comfortable and contemporary with a very luxurious looking bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location right on the market square although we didn't get any of the noise form the square in the room. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious and all staff were super friendly. Totally recommend this place. Excellent value for money!

There was no air con which was ok as we are used to the heat but the bathroom did feel like the heating was on unless you kept the window wide open.

Location. Location. Location. You cannot get anymore "quintessential historical German" than this. Right on the center square in old town. Surrounded by small restaurants. We even got to see a wedding happening right in front of he hotel. So cute!

No elevator, which was a pain in the you-know-what, especially with luggage. Spiral staircase was cute but dizzying. Breakfast left something to be desired and staff was just ok.

Incredibly quaint location, right on the square. You will thoroughly enjoy having dinner in the square with live music.

Staff was not overly helpful or friendly with check in, helping with bags, dinner reservations, etc. Parking is in a paid lot pretty far away.

Cozy and cute and right in the heart of Heppenheim. Was wonderful!

Not that I didn’t like it, but the check-in process was new and a bit confusing, especially after the restaurant was closed for the day.

Wonderful hotel in a painteresque village, breathtaking location and view, thoughtful interior decoration both of the restaurant and the rooms, comfortable and atmospheric room, excellent breakfast, friendly personnel - in particular at the breakfast service.

We stayed for a brief overnight as my husband had an appointment in a nearby town. We were pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful evening. The hotel is on the market square and is the perfect spot to explore and enjoy the town. The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return for a longer stay to enjoy the area. The food was excellent.

The hotel is located at the marketplace, which was very nice. We enjoyed breakfast in a friendly and family-like atmosphere.

There was only a spiral staircase, so it wasn't easy to move our luggage.

The room is very warm. No airco. And for opening te room it’s too noisy outside.

We usually always come here when we are in the region....the location is splendid right at the old market square. The rooms are mostly towards the rear which means it is relatively quiet even during busy times at the market square

the room this time did not have a desk...we had to use one of the rectagular sitting boards as a laptop environment/desk. Other rooms are much nicer for the same price...so ask for #24!

The place, the location, the accommodation, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, everything perfect! Good connection to the venue.

There was simply nothing to complain about.
