Breakfast was excellent, staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean, warm and the shower was powerful and hot. Single Bed was not particularly comfortable, but that is because I am not used to sleeping on a single bed. The concierge was professional, and extremely helpful. I ate at a delicatessen in town, the staff were friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. I also ate at an italian restaurant the same evening and the food was excellent and staff were professional and friendly, which balanced my disappointment on the evening of my arrival. The town was picturesque, and should have stayed in the town to explore the local market.

It was disappointing not to find anywhere to eat in the hotel or the town when i arrived at the hotel, and had to settle for a cup of tea until breakfast the following day.

Breakfast was great and the staff is wonderful. The coffee is fantastic! 🤣 The room was great. The only issue is the beds are 2 twins pushed together with 2 small (but comfortable) blankets. That would be the only thing I would work on. Refrigerator in the room is a big plus. I enjoyed staying here and would again!!

During my visits in Herborn I have always booked my hotel rooms at the Schloss Hotel. Amazingly clean and comfortable facilities. Wonderful breakfast buffet! Schloss Hotel Herborn is very conveniently located close to the picturesque market square and shopping center.

- based on the hot weather the room was a bit too hot for my taste and the provided ventilator was not able to process the air as required - for my taste the bed was a bit too hard, but its just a question of taste. My wife was super happy with it.

We were lucky to get a parking spot right out front. Staff were mostly .very kind. elevators make life easy. Breakfast was yummy!! Good coffee.

it was kind of strange to go downstairs to the reception from the front entrance. The staff in the hotel restaurant were rude--we left. ..in town was a great outdoor cafe by a fountain and we enjoyed the evening.

Comfortable beds and electric window shutters made for good night's sleep. Quiet location in Old Town. Staff was friendly and provided good service for a birthday party we attended in their function rooms.

Parking was a bit tight. The refrigerator was tiny, only room for mini bar drinks.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel is near the town center in walking distance to the train station and the castle as well as restaurants. The breakfast buffet was really good and the employees super friendly and professional. We would definitely come back. Rooms a little older, but clean and comfy.

Didn't like the door locks on our room. You have to use the door key to get out of your room. This is very dangerous in an emergency.

The larger available room was well worth the upgrade. I had plenty of space to relax away from my bed, there was a large desk, and the wardrobe was very big. I also appreciated having a good quality iron and ironing board in the room.

I wish they had better pillows. It was harder to sleep as they were too soft and my head would bottom out.

The rooms were spacious, the beds comfy and our leisurely breakfast good. There was even a mini-bar, kettle, teabags and coffee. We enjoyed our stay so much, we've already booked again for December and the Christmas markets.
