-we stay here every time we visit my home town of Hildesheim. it’s always the same. -staff are very friendly and always polite. -my grandfather built the underground parking garage in the 1970’s and they’ve recently upgraded to a ticketless system (amazing). -absolutely gorgeous location looking over the restored market square. I highly recommend a room with a view of it. -restaurant is pretty decent with seasonal menus (nice white asparagus in May) -breakfast buffet is vast and German standard. -the location needs a second mention, neatly in the very centre of the city and parking is painlessly downstairs.

breakfast buffet is sometimes a bit stale… a minor complaint dining room could use a coat of paint… it’s functional, but could be better.

Super location for exploring Hildesheim. Quite and nice room and nice bathroom. Parking underneath the hotel with elevator from the reception. We had just one night on our way through Germany but we wish we had more nights here, because Hildesheim and the hotel was a really nice place. The check in/check out was quick. The hotel personell was nice and speak english.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, but there are many Bakeries in walk distance and we had a lovely breakfast at one of the bakeri in the town of Hildesheim.

Everything is perfect with this hotel. The staff are super friendly and professional. Sublime breakfast, Very comfortable room and we enjoyed the pool as well. The parking facilities quite convenient, although privately owned by another company it was right under the Hotel and we were offered a discounted 24 hour rate.

Nothing everything is perfect. we always book this hotel when coming for the M'era Luna festival and would very disappointed if it's fully booked.

Located in the city centre. Has underground parking for a reasonable price (lower than average for Germany). Helpful staff. A bar with a great beer selection. Mini-shop at the reception with all that you may need. A lot of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Spacious room. Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever been.

Came back from a hike in late afternoon and the room was not done. Had to call for service and it was remedied, but could've been avoided. Perhaps a door tag displaying "Don't disturb" or "Please service the room" would be helpful?

The location of the establishment being in the centre of the market square was excellent as this provided easy access to central Hildesheim and the shops and coffee, The historical nature of the building also added to the overall appeal of our stay.

I have no negative comments re this establishment.

The hotel is right in the town hall square. The hotel itself is really clean, the staff speaks fluent English. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods to choose from. There is a underground parking space with plenty of free space.

I cannot think of - everything was really good.

The price-quality ration is very good! A 4-star hotel that is not exorbitantly expensive. Location is exceptional, right in the middle of the town. The inner design is modern and classic in the same time. The hotel restaurant offers high-quality food, with high class presentations. The breakfast was extremely rich and diverse, a real treat. The hotel has an inner pool and sauna, unfortunately we didn't have the time to use them.

The breakfast was fantastic! the decoration, service, location, everything was perfect... the croissants at the breakfast, fresh and fluffy, the freshly squeeze juice, the good coffee.. no doubt we will be back!! The views to the beautiful, historical market of Hildesheim through the windows gave the final touch. Plus, it's not common that an old building in Germany has an elevator and a pool!

We booked a room with a view of the market and it was fabulous. High floor, 2 dormer windows, birds eye view of the Christmas Market! Market right outside the hotel doors.

spots in parking garage are very tight but great to have parking on site
