H+ Hotel Frankfurt Airport West

The cost performance ratio is very good. The room layout made good use of the available space. All staff members were friendly and attentive. Breakfast selection and coffee choices are great. Room service was very good. We also liked the shower, which had a strong output. And finally, we received a complimentary plate with fresh fruits on the last day.

This is not something the hotel can do anything about, but some guests had very poor manners. one lady carried her young daughter while helping herself at the breakfast buffet - and then let her stand on the meat and cheese counter! another lady guest spoke loudly on the phone during breakfast. Many guests seemed unable to park their cars straight, occupying more than their space and making it impossible for other guests to park next to them. One thing to improve might be the free wifi (Telekom hotspot). Reception was patchy and frequent login was required.

We like the hotel straight away. It was very modern and clean and bright. We could smell good food from the restaurant and after a long 5 hour drive from Munich with all the road works we were still able to have lunch. the breakfast and lunch were great. Lots of choices for breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom was good too. The hotel is located close to a very interesting and delightful little town called Hofheim located with 10 mins drive. It has an old city section with cobbled stone streets, charming medieval houses, church and other buildings.

We liked everything about the hotel - no complaints at all.

I appreciated the friendlyness of the reception and restaurant staff. Breakfast is particularly good, with great varaiety and excellent freshness

I have been at this facility several times in the last 2 years, in different seasons. The menu offering of the restaurant has been always the same. While the offering is good in varaiety, well prepared and nicely served, I would appreciate to see some variations in the dish line up, perhaps reflecting seasonality, around a core of established items. Towels in bathroom appeare at times demonstrating long service use, so despite being clean, they come across not so tidy and fresh. I would appreciate some preferential rates to loyal, returning clients, even during busy / trade-show times.

All of the staff at the hotel were wonderful - I left my phone in a taxi and they were extremely helpful in getting it back. The staff at reception - especially Ernesto - were a delight, as were those working in the restaurant downstairs during the day. The restaurant is large, nicely decorated and immaculately clean (I spent the day working in there in one of the booths), and duvets were nice and thick - appreciated during the cold winter nights!

The rooms were fine - clean and with necessary amenities - but the bathroom could have been a bit bigger and better designed (the shower door opens outwards so you can't really put the shower mat down). The location is 15-20 minutes outside of Frankfurt, which quickly becomes expensive (€50 by taxi from the airport or town) and there aren't any amenities within close walking distance.

Great hotel but away from the city center (30 minutes). We had a car so did not check out public transportation. Breakfast was great. Hot bacon, eggs, meatballs, and sausages. Lots of fresh bread options, muesli, oatmeal, cheese, cold meats, juice and milk. Very elaborate. Water pressure was great - very strong! Rooms were small but we were just there for sleeping. Very clean, pretty, and very friendly. All spoke at least some English - no translation problems. Highly recommend.

Great room and breakfast.. We loved the food and the options .

This is more of a suggestion. We're vegetarians and although there is sufficient vegan/vegetarian option, it feels like most of it is with lot of sugar. For eg, instead of five different Joghurt, maybe add skyr and or Greek yogurt.. Add falafel or something like Kartoffel puffer/Rösti as options.. Again, the breakfast options were plenty but it still feels more focused on meat eaters.

It was almost what I expected. Clean, confort room, good breakfast, and free parking. Would recomend if u travel by this way by car.

I asked for a crib, they bring it to the room but I had to mount the crib which I was not able to do it. Maybe it was broken or it was complicated to do it, I dont know. So we were not able to put a baby on it and sleeped with us in the bed. Also the lady in the reception was a bit rude on her behaivior while she waited us, she can smile sometimes, it would be good for her health 🤷‍♂️

Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is 20 min to the airport (we had a rental, not sure about access by public transportation). Room and bathroom were small but very comfortable and clean, parking is right in front of the hotel and is free, and breakfast is just wonderful.

Door extra lock from inside was broken, and couldn’t turn bathroom fan off, but these were really minor. We slept very well and loved it.

Very helpful and friendly staff both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Warm room and bathroom, Comfortable bed, everything was very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice - from English breakfast to continental and a good selection of muesli and condiments. The area is very quite, yet very close to the motorway toward Brussels and to Frankfurt airport. The car was parked under our window. I noticed a garden centre opposite, so you can explore the surroundings, if you have the time.

There was nothing not to like, this is just a note to say It took us a bit to figure out that the wall fixed AC control is not the heating. The room is heated by radiators, not the AC.

Good value for a money. Very good good breakfast and clean rooms. Quiet place and if it is very close to highway 66. Staff was very friendly.

You couldn't reach good wi fi signal in the and it was unpleasant to catch it throw the room far away from working table. It was for praise they offered immediately new room speaking about problem. We ll try new room next time.
