Liked everything about this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff who all speak excellent English and go out of their way to be helpful. Beautiful reception area, comfortable bedrooms, great showers and super clean everywhere. The buffet breakfast was simple but adequate. Free on street parking until 8.00am with a parking disc provided at reception. Alternative underground parking at the hotel for a small charge. Nice and very popular Italian restaurant attached to the hotel with great choice of dishes and very nice staff. Great for a refreshing drink after a long drive and if you don’t feel like going elsewhere for a meal.

Unexpected very modern in a partly old building. Really very nice hotel. Normal size room appeared more spacious. Comfy bed, very sensible large bathroom, high end finishing. The rooms were totally quiet. I have not heard a single sound from the corridors or neighbours, in spite the hotel was pretty full of guests. The receptionsists were very welcoming and friendly. The in-house Italian restaurant really recommended. Not that I pretend to know all restaurants in town, but when staying here, at least eat one time in the hotel's restaurant. Totally recommended. Quality of food and superb enthusiast service. The hotel has a private free parking and a spacious sauna area. All in all, I will surely return when in the area.

The weather could have been better. That was all to complain about.

Lovely location on the edge of the town, air conditioning in the room. Clean room as described. Great shower with toiletries, soft clean white towels. Restaurant next door if you don’t want to walk a few 100 or so metres into town. Lift available and a garage for parking which was also very clean. Staff were very friendly on arrival when it also appeared that I had 2 rooms booked when I only required one. We were told this was not a problem.

Nothing to dislike

I stayed here at the end of August. Very kind and friendly staff. The lady at the reception speaks a very good english so if you don't know deutsch very. much that's definitely a plus. Also I wanted to mention the fact that I forgot an electronic device at the hotel and they had been kind enough to ship it back to my country and they covered the shipping cost too. Really nice place overall a really great position if you are road tripping Germany because it's quite near the highway without being noisy at all. The little town was also really nice and quiet, the perfect stop for travelers. ps. delicious breakfast both sweet and salty options were really tasty.

breakfast was normal continental but very nice, room were small but clean, however no other amenities. like kettle or tea or coffee in room, or water provided

Very clean and beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value breakfast included. Great location not far from the A7, a few minutes south of Ulm. Perfect for anyone traveling south towards Austria and Italy or north into Germany.

We arrived late and parked outside in front of the hotel restaurant. When we left the following morning, we realized we got a 20€ parking ticket! So, please clarify the parking situation with the hotel before you arrive.

I liked the breakfast and the staff was very kind. The room was large and clean.

Dinner took forever to be served. I entered at 18.30 hrs and got my dinner at 19.45 hrs. Two people of my party needed to wait even longer and got their pizza's after 20 hrs, when everybody had already finished. I would have appreciated a cooker and some tea bags in my room.

Scramble eggs, bacon, ham, cheese variety, Tomatoes, OJ and Pear juice, water, Different type of white and brown bollekes, also white and brown bread you can slice yourself.

no complaints here. I recommend this hotel. Also it has separate rooms for meetings. You;re in the main city som you can walk to the different shops.

I made a reservation for the wrong date without realising. So we arrived a day early and there was nobody at the reception because it was after 21:00. Called someone and they came within five minutes and gave us a room. Loved that they made this effort for us. Only stayed for one night, hope to stay a bit longer next time. It's close to the highway so ideal for a quick stop.

Windows cannot be opened overnight (noise of restaurant guests and cigarette smoke); with closed windows everything was perfectly fine
