Third time staying here and as always I loved it as the staff are always helpful and welcoming. I especially loved the food here. The breakfast was great as always and the steak dish I ordered at the bar was perfect. My compliments to the kitchen staff and especially the waiter. She had a great attitude and sense of humour. My high score is mainly for the hotel staff who deserve a lot of credit.

The pillows were really flat. I had to ask for additional ones as it was difficult to sleep on one which was too flat. I think the pillows should be changed for new ones as these may be flat because they are old. I also noticed this during my last visit in a different room. The bathroom tiles also had some red stains at one section which was a little off-putting at times but not too noticeable to cause a problem. There was also sometimes noise from the hallway by my room at night and early morning. Not sure if that's because there was a service door directly opposite my room which I only noticed when checking out.

a) location is super in the city center which we can reach many shops and restaurant and attraction by foot. b) the breakfast is consider good but a bit pricey compare to other hotel in term of value vs food variety. c) the room setup is nice however the bed quality need to improve where you can feel the pocket string when you sit down on the bed.

the bed quality not good. the toilet ventilation in the toilet is not working most of the time and and air conditional in the room take time to keep the room cool/warm hence the room air circulation is not so good if you are not open the window

Excellent location and breakfast. Wonderful choice at breakfast buffet for both vegetarians and others Very comfortable room indeed ( but we had the best available 😊)

Wifi was not stable enough for work scenarios . Had to remove video function for my own lecture so that the sound quality was acceptable. Was a bit hot in the room as the ventilator was not enough. Hotel rooms need air conditioning

Check-in was easy, as taking the car lift to the car park. Rooms were a bit ok though the Standard is a bit on the smallish side. Very pet friendly, dog was welcomed with his own bed and bowls, though no snack. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of goods.

The rooms and breakfast were excellent. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Nice spacy hall and rooms.

Water temperature in shower changed all the time during washing even I did not touch it. WiFi was rather poor speed and connectivity. No iron in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel for many years because of the convenient location for business and after work private time.

It was very hot days (over 35 degrees C), but the airconditioner in my room was out of operattion. Alternatively the hotel provided a portable fun which is appreciated though.

central, clean, comfortable our room was specifically prepared for us - with babywipes, changing mat, extra blanket… the staff was very friendly and everything went as smoothly as one can wish

Sauna area has more potential to it

Everything was perfect, we especially enjoyed that this is a truly pet friendly hotel. They placed a cute dog bed into out room with bowls. We have never experienced such a kindness from a hotel.

It’s a modern hotel with an incredible central atrium. My room was on the 8th floor and it had good views over Jena

That you need to take 2 lifts to get to your room

Large hotel with luxurious rooms, good location, very calm, clean, and comfortable.

Currently, a lot of construction work is going on, which makes the stay a bit rough.
