The rooms were modern and comfortable. The location was close to my business and the restaurant was quite good. They had a robust staff that was friendly and seemingly well-managed. We'll certainly return if we're back in the area again.

The restaurant wasn't so cheap; post-COVID prices were evident. Also, I observed after the fact that my bill was charged in USD rather than Euro. I will always default to paying in Euro when using a credit card.

I love this establishment for the kindness of the staff. the location is a great setting to wind down and enjoy with a nature surrounding. The restaurant has amazing food and it’s always a genuine and grateful time.

there is nothing to say that you cannot like the establishment. we have had a situation in the middle of the night with other guests screaming and jumping around in the late hours of the night. we called the front desk and they immediately took care of the situation.

I loved that the bathroom was fully stocked with extra towels and washcloths. The beds were super comfortable too; even the couch. I wish we would have stayed longer and tried the restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again. One last thing! The receptionist who checked us in was absolutely amazing and so sweet.

Not really a complaint, but the shower gel/shampoo wall mount was starting to fall off. It fell in the middle of the night completely and scared us. I wouldn't really fault anyone on this. It just needed new glue.

I stayed here after booking a different hotel that turned out to be a nightmare. Since then, I’ve come back to stay here twice! The reception is so kind and always extremely helpful. I had a room with a balcony that looked into the woods, if given the option try and get a room with a balcony, it’s such a sweet experience and you really feel like you’re immersed in the culture. The highlight of my stay is the restaurant! The food is immaculate, it’s one of the reasons I returned to this hotel! Kudos to the chef’s! This will always be my main hotel when visiting the KMC area!

I have stayed here many times. I’m always happy with my stay. Pros: - Staff is friendly and professional. They have always been very helpful and courteous. - Rooms are in great shape. Always clean. - Little gym is really great! Good variety of free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment. The little sauna is also nice. - Food is great! I love the breakfast selection. Lots of variety. - Minibar always stocked. Cons: - Wifi isn’t great if the hotel is really booked. That’s fairly common in hotels, though. I suggest bringing a LAN cable for your laptop if you have work to do. - Minibar prices are a bit steep. Also a common occurrence in hotels. Transportation; There is a bus stop right by the hotel. I have taken the train and bus there several times on weekdays. Keep in mind that the buses run less on weekends. Even so, the connection is good considering the hotel’s location. If you want to have some fun, you can rent a TIER E-Scooter and ride it to the hotel. The hotel is within the limits for TIER. I taken a scooter to the hotel and parked a scooter there. Often, the scooter is still there in the morning, so I hop back on it to go to town. Overall, I really enjoy staying here and will do so in the future!

the property and location of this place is amazing I’m a woodland environment. you can go on nature trails for morning jog/run. they do have parking in and around the hotel, I will say it does fill up fast however they are working on improving that. I like the fact that the rooms are all different. they have a small fitness gym downstairs of the hotel as well as a sauna so that you can get a quick workout done. the food at the restaurant is amazing. they also provide room service so you can enjoy it in your room if you choose. there is a buffet type breakfast in the morning. they have also added another small bar area in the front where you can enjoy a beverage. the staff is extremely friendly and will do their best to make your stay the best as possible.

Breakfast is always fantastic here. And the dinner at the restaurant is also excellent. We love staying in the suite when we visit. It’s very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom itself is enormous.

The water pressure in the morning was very low. In fact, at one point in my shower the water completely stopped, but fortunately not for long. It could be a result of too many guests using it at the same time.

It’s very cozy hotel, clean and lovely place to stay as a couple of as a family! It got many options Helpful staff, facilities gym, parking and indoor/ outdoors restaurant vendor machines… were more than I’ve expected, very easy access from the highway and close to the center

Almost nothing

This was our second stay at this hotel. The first was even better than this stay but only because of the ants and spot of the sheets. We had a large room, our families of 5 had plenty of space to decompress after a lengthy car ride. We were near the military installation. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very courteous and kind. Everything in writing had a section for English translation. Despite the issues, we would still stay here again because everything else was great.

Our sheet had something on it... Like, in the upper left corner near the pillow. I'm not sure what it was. Also, there were ants.

We had a family room which was perfect. Comfortable beds, generous room space. We enjoyed the outdoor seating around the various terraces. Nice and quiet location with very good access to the highway.

The breakfast could have had more variety and many items were not replaced during our breakfast.
