CityHotel Kempten

The room was clean and large. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All items were fresh and there was a wide selection. The coffee was delicious and the service was fantastic. The parking was ideal, and we felt safe where our car was parked. The locations was great and we enjoyed parking then walking to the old town for dinner and exploration. The hotel staff was so very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The young lady on reception was delightful, very helpful. Parking was ideal. Having the Italian restaurant next door was very good as the food and the service there were great. Breakfast was excellent after a lovely walk down to the Basilica and around the beautiful town.

Availability of a hot drink on arrival either in room or in lounge would have been good as would less noise from the heating unit in the room. That's all.

Staff were overwhelmingly kind and helpful. They emailed us with detailed check-in instructions to accommodate our arrival time and were very friendly in person. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Delicious full breakfast and lovely wait-staff.

Rooms were hot and hard to cool down at night, but the hotel can’t change the weather.

My trip did not go planned, due to flight disruptions etc. Sylvia kept in touch throughout and could not do enough to ensure that I was comfortable. This is what genuine hospitality is all about. Lovely breakfast and lovelier couple running the hotel. I will be back!

Safe location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff (Richard Zeller) was very helpful and welcoming. Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of five. Breakfast and parking was included in the room rate. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices including fresh squeezed orange juice. 10/10 would not hesitate to return again!

Very nice breakfast. Parking facilities in nearby parkinghouse. Close to shoppingcenter. Adjacent to city centre. Quitet area.

Twin bed room in top floor had a limited space, and no air condition. It was quite hot during the night.

Breakfast very good. Central location with easy walking distance to the older part of the town. Secure locked garage for my motorcycle. Plenty of restaurants for evening meal.

Brilliant location in town centre, clean, spacious room. Silvia from reception was awesome in making sure that our motorcycles were squeezed into their garage and secured. Great breakfast in a lovely setting.

Wonderful staff and an excellent breakfast. room was well-equipped and had numerous toiletries on offer.

There’s no lift so prepare to lug your cases up to reception and your floor.

Great location close both to the city centre and around 15 mins walk to the train station. Nice breakfast and Silvia was so nice and helpful
