The staff were very helpful and they even ordered flowers for us from a local florist, which we needed for our trade fair stand at Messe Frankfurt. The location was very good for us. The rooms were of a good size and comfortable. There was a safe in the room, a complimentary bottle of water & fridge. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it, but there was not a lot of hot food choice. The take-away coffee cups were a nice addition and very useful.

We requested more hangers in one room, but these were not received.

Spacious reception area; welcoming friendly staff; comfortable room; good Wi-Fi; excellent shower; efficient air-con; good food (breakfast and dinner); shoe cleaning machine… and an immediate room change! (see below) A short, uphill walk to the centre of Kronberg where there are a number of places to eat, a couple of supermarkets, beautiful church and lovely Victoria Park to stroll in.

Fridge overheated - we told the receptionist and he dealt with it straight away. We were helped to move rooms, indeed we were upgraded to a better room on the top floor! A great deal of building work nearby, which is obviously a temporary problem whilst the new Chamber Music Centre is being built. This causes quite a lot of dust - we were grateful for the shoe cleaning machine in the lobby!

Modern feeling, high class hotel. Great stock of classic German literature in the wall deco/ furniture. Very good breakfast buffet. Amazing location between small end of line railway station and Casals concert hall.

Corridors have no soft surfaces so noise echoes around a bit. Stairs hidden away (if you prefer them to the lift). Room a/c control didn't seem to work. All quite minor points.

Great location literally steps from the S-Bahn to Frankfurt and right next door to the new Casals Forum Hall (where I was headed). Good breakfast selection. Good shower.

I was surprised that the lighting in the bathroom was so bright and no possibility to have a night light or dimmer. No indication that I could lower the temperature - cracking the window open brought just a modicum of relief.

I have stayed in Vienna House 3 times this year and I am going back again very soon in a couple of weeks, the hotel is always very nice and clean and the staff are always very nice and very helpful 😊

It was raining all the time, but this is not the fault of the Hotel 😅

Check in and check out were very unorganised. The staff didn't seem to know what to do, there was a lot of paper on the desk and it didn't seem like they had the processes ready. On the first night someone entered my room just after I'd checked in as they gave someone the same room

Excellent location. Very comfortable hotel, imaginatively decorated. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Would be good to have lights outside the front door. Perhaps also to have a mirror above dressing table in bedroom.

Rooms too hot. Thermostat set too high & lowering of temperature impossible. Need for mirror over dressing table shelf to allow doing make up, hair, etc.

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is excellent considering that there is a train station in front of the hotel. The place itself is very nice and interesting to visit. Drink a coffee and eat a cake in a nice environment...

Everything on a very professional level. Friendly people at the reception. I appreciated also a quality of the furniture and room cleanness. I caused an issue with invoice address, but the personnel was blazing-fast to adjust according to my needs.
