This hotel really deserves its four stars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room spacious and comfortable. Parking is convenient (but costs extra and is rather small). Breakfast buffet is outstandingly good. Leonberg shopping and restaurants are very close.

Extra charge of EUR 8,00 for parking - though I had a visitor in the morning who was not charged for parking in the same car-park. That's unexpected and confusing. And although I checked in early evening, I was lucky to get the last available parking space.

Good choices for breakfast and the room was spacious enough. Overall, a solid hotel without any "wow" factor. The perfect location for me though, as a visitor to one of the concerts of the Leonpalooza festivities.

My "Comfort room" didn't have an airconditioner, but I think the "Business" standard rooms have those. This day wasn't particular hot, but on those baking summer days, I would recommend a "Business" class room with airconditioner. Otherwise, all fine.

The hotel was lovely, the reception staff always friendly. My room was lovely. Surface level parking as well as underground parking. Right next to a nice park.

The thing I didn’t like was that they had a bar and restaurant but as it was a Sunday it wasn’t open. ☹️ I was at a concert right next to the hotel, yet myself and friends had to walk a long way into the old down for some refreshments. Breakfast choice could have been better.

Location perfect for our needs, the room was spotless, Staff were very welcoming and helpful, didnt have the breakfast as we had other arrangements, Dinner was beautiful. very happy with our stay

Would have been nice to have the option of a family room, works out very expensive to book two rooms when you have young family. pre warning about the parking directly outside of the hotel would have helped us and my friends from getting Parking fines

The hotel was spacious and next to the park, the staff was very good. You had the shops, cafes and supermarket nearby.

It was too hot in the room, you had to leave the window open and you couldn't sleep because of the noise outside. I had a hard time sleeping that night.The bed was uncomfortable

The room was spacious enough, the bed was confortable, mini bar ok, the breakfast delicious and very varied; the personal very kind.

We were a family with 2 small kids (2 and 4 years old) anf we couldn't stay all together in a room, we had to book 2 rooms.

Room and facilities comfortable, excellent quality. Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Gluten free diet for my wife well catered for on evening meal (choice on menu adapted to become gluten free) and excellent breakfast.

Very slow service on evening meal, almost 2 hours for 1 drink and 2 courses, even though there were only 3 couples in the dining area.

Super nice location, there is parking space for cars. Very clean room, the view from the window was amazing, friendly workers at the reception.

It's important to hang the red card on the door handle if you don't want to get disturbed in the morning.

Easy to park, close to the park and stores, good restaurant inside the hotel and very good breakfast.

Even that my room it was in the 11th floor some insects (flies, ants) were inside the room.

The hotel is placed in a good suburb close to a shopping mall and next to a beautiful park. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room is well-equipped and comfortable and the food is superb, including catering for my wife's gluten-free requirement. Terrific value for money.
