This is a lovely hotel run by a very kind family. The place is charming and very cosy, nicely decorated and warm. We arrived by car and it was easy to park, the parking spots are big. The check in was smooth and the owner was very kind and gave us good recommendations for the city. In the room, the two main beds were very comfortable, the view was nice, the shower was good and hot and the towels and bedsheets smelled amazing. Breakfast was lovely, in a very beautiful covered terrace, where we got the chance to enjoy a small buffet and chat to the kind owner. We recommend this hotel and would definitely go back.

It's not very close to the city centre, although that's fine because it's easy to get there. The supplementary bed we asked for was not the most comfortable, but still quite decent for one night. The rest was great.

excellent very clean and clear all over including the outside breakfast more than good staff very friendly and helpful would def recommend this mini hotel to others altho not the cheapest around def a 10 out of 10 from us plus the perfect location for us just outside of the town but just minutes away..........

there was nothing we did not like with the exception of the single room for my motherinlaw could have perhaps had a comfy chair to view the garden or watch the TV.

Elias (the owner) is very helpful with everything we need. The breakfast was really good. Many parking spots so it was very convenient for us. Also the bus station to Lindau island is very close to the hotel, easy walking distance even for my aunt who is 76 years old and my mum who is 72. Very quiet neighborhood. My family really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again whenever we come to Lindau.

There is no kettle in the room, however if we need hot water, we can ask for some from the reception.

Really neat hotel and grounds. large unique rooms and comfortable restroom. One night a massive thunderstorm rolled in, and continued to pound the area for hours, a large tree was blown down in front of the hotel blocking the road, and in the morning they had a wonderful breakfast ready for us like nothing had happened. They really care about their guests and make sure you have what you need. free town bus passes, confident stop close by! all in all we would stay here again and recommend without hesitation to our friends and family.

The house is perfectly renovated. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast room is sunny and inviting, the food is quite good and also exceptionally clean and well organized. Loved that! We tried renting bike but it rained. Too bad but they have a great selection of bikes. :)

The cost is quite a lot in relation to other hotels of this type

Great boutique hotel. It was one of the best mattresses I've slept in. Nice breakfast. Quite, beautiful garden at the back of the hotel. Free parking

No coffee maker in the room. 10 minutes drive from the island where the old town is, but, with a car, we need the hotel with parking.

The garden setting is beautiful. The property inside and outside is very well kept and looks new. Breakfast a wonderful assortment. Lots of onsite parking for your car.

Although not very far from the inslet of Lindau, not really walkable and the bus is not timely.

Everything! The owner was extremely courteous and helpful, and you could just tell the whole family who owned the hotel took great pride in it. Breakfast in the sunroom was so very nice, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. I loved that it was an older building but very updated.

Location. We got lost getting to the island of Lindau. We both like walking but took a lot more time than expected. We thought about 20 mins but more like 30. However having parking on site a big bonus. Definitely only need one night in this town. A little pricey given the location, but room very nice

Good breakfast, nice area, friendly staff, silent rooms when the windows were closed.

No sensible place to fold out a large suitcase, no A/C, no complete curtains to keep out the light, quite expensive considering the amenities
