Everything was exceptional! Staff was lovely, rooms are big and clean, the town of Lottstetten in cute and quiet, perfect if you want to get away from the bustling city. Parking was easy and breakfast room was cozy and the food was great. The train station is 10 minutes walking distance and has connections to Zürich (about 40 min) or Rheinfalls (two stops, about 8min), where you get a gorgeous panoramic view of the Rhine Falls, Europe's most powerful waterfall.

The church right next to the hotel plays bells every 15 minutes and while it was unexpected at first, we got used to it and found it quite charming by the end of our stay. :)

The room was very big and confortable, very clean and well equipped.

The only surprising critic is about ventilation, although the building is new, there is no mechanical ventilation (except for the bathroom extraction), so you have to open the window to ventilate the bedroom. This is all the more surprising as this type of building should be built to "pass'haus" standards, i.e. with VMC ventilation. It was an big issue for us since the weather wasn't hot at all.

The breakfast is very good, with scrambled eggs, different cheese options, fruits, there is even vegan milk and good coffee. The rooms are very modern and the location is good if you want to visit Switzerland.

The bathroom door is glass which I don’t like. Also our neighboors were very loud during the night and we could not open the windows. Normally the area is very quite.

It is a very clean place to stay and town is also pretty cool. There are lots of places to go for outdoors and cycling in summer time. It is located right at the Swiss border and costs a lot less than Swiss hotels.

It is floor heating system which keeps hotel too warm through out the night. It is controlled by the hotel management and guests have no sight of it. So it does get too hot in night.

The host was bright, helpful and always ready to help. There are two spots to charge your electric car which was great! The hotel looks new and very clean 🧼. The room was spacious and the bathroom too. There’s a steakhouse nearby and I can’t recommend it enough, it was absolutely delicious! The breakfast had a lot of variety which is great 😊

The staff were great We had two dogs with us. An extra 10 euro per dog. But what was great also. Was because we had the dogs. They put us on the ground floor. Easy access to the back yard. The room itself was lovely and clean. Great shower. Breakfast was great.

This is a great value for money hotel. Close to Zurich and surrounds, but in a gorgeous rural setting. The hotel is new and comfortably furnished; spotlessly clean and has good facilities for breakfast.

not sure about the misted glass door to bathroom - a bit tricky / noisy to slide full open. But a very minor point. absolutely loved the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Very calm, amazing view , nestled between a farmland , with horses gazing , alps in the background.

Rooms of same type are not identical, one on ground floor was quite big , whereas the one on 2nd floor was small.

Just the fact that reception, breakfast and rooms are not linked internally, are in different buildings.
