the rooms were better than we expected for that price: very spacious and excellent beds. A separate toilet (with sink) and an excellent bathroom. In addition, a balcony with two chairs. Super rooms. And the breakfast is very good!

The food in the restaurant was pricey but of good quality, so ok. However, the drinks were very expensive: 8.5 euros for a normal bottle of water, for example, and the other drinks were also overpriced. That is really not possible and actually results in less turnover. We also recommend that you at least enable the login screen of Netflix and Disney, for example, on the TV, nice TV but (except for the BBC) only German channels. But the rooms and the hotel are great!

Breakfast, baby bed, room design, brand new furniture, entire place...pleasing the view, big rooms, spacious, clean. Very big shower and super comfortable beds. I highly recommend the Hotel.

There was no minifridge/minibar in the double room. Complimentary terry slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided: these are a key comfort when travelling long distances by car or by air and our luggages are small.

Clean rooms, nicely furnished, parking just under the hotel. Good breakfast.

The kitchen was closed long before 22:00 at night. And everything around also closes early on a weekday. So if you arrive late, you will probably sleep hungry (that fortunately was not the case for us since we had snacks from the trip).

+ Great breakfast + Very attentive staff who saw our kid running around at breakfast and offered some coloring sheets and pencils to occupy him so we could eat in peace. + Parking was right underneath the hotel and reasonably priced (we arrived on a Sunday evening, and it cost 6.50 EUR when we left late morning). + Comfy beds. Even the sofa bed was very comfy to sleep on. + Lots of lighting options. There was an LED strip at the head board of the bed that could be adjusted to any color (we chose red as a kind of night light to allow us to sleep but still see in the middle of the night in case the kids needed anything)

- a mini fridge in the room to store baby food would have been nice - the bright light in the bathroom. A dimmer light to allow use of the bathroom in the night without killing the melatonin would have been nice (really just nitpicking here)

I have stayed here intermittently since the hotel opened. Good location for stopover on journeys from Bratislava and Liverpool and very good close location to the Neumarkt centre. Very quiet both in the hotel and the general locality giving a restful experience.

As a family of 4 I can say the hotel it's just perfect! The room was comfortable and very nice, the location it's awesome, next to everything you need, really, there is a mini mall right there with supermarkets, DM pharmacy and other stores. The old city with nice buildings, restaurants and other attractions it's just few minutes walking. For those with EV there are few charges available, so after a nice night of sleep you will have your car fully charged. For us worked so well that not only I highly recommend it, but also in our way back from holidays we will stay there again.

Didn't like our stay there was too short, I couldn't even try the sauna. Definitely will try next time.

Coming to the hotel on Sunday afternoon and discovered that the reservation on Booking.com didn't count the number of children properly was disappointing. But the receptionist dealt with the situation very well. Hotel is comfortable, staff helpful, breakfast delicious. Definitely worth to stay in at least for one night.

Very good location, only 20 min to Nürnberg Messe, a shopping mall just beside. In-house parking, spacious rooms with towel dryer. The area is nice, parks, playground, restaurants nearby. Check-out at noon was great.

The mattress was uncomfortable for us, it was too hard, also the bedding was noisy, didn't have that comfy and nice feeling. The breakfast was just average. Same selection every day, only on Saturday some waffle but it didn't change anything. We had to ask for the food and juice which was run out and then nobody took care of us. After 10 minutes they put some bacon in the bowl but that's it... The restaurant selection was very limited and it was the same the whole time. The place is good to go for business travel for 2-3 days.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and inviting. The room was good sized and a comfortable bed!

It would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in the room and the sauna was out of order. Not a big deal though.
