Super friendly helpful reception staff Room was very clean and well equipped Bathroom clean and functional Nice balcony with view to sit and watch the world pass by Mini bar included and well stocked Due to bad weather we decided to have evening meal at hotel and it was wonderful 😊 We had a fabulous buffet and both agreed it was everything we hoped for and more Breakfast was again wonderful and very popular but we were seated immediately and provided with hot drinks and buffet style and again absolutely delicious with friendly helpful staff Highly recommend this venue and certainly hope to return

Could not fault anything

Breakfast was good, with enough variety and good quality. Rooms were spacy enough and comfortable. It was close to main street, where some good restaurants are placed. SPA with Sauna and pool is good and was working properly

There was only 2 spinning bikes available, so I would suggest to have more Gym equipment available. That would complete the overal SPA capacity and make this hotel a very good choice.

It was a really nice hotel. The breakfast was really delicious. They serve even salmon. We had a really nice room with the balcony. The location was also really good and it was really easy to explore the city.

The spa area was quiet small. And it was not that good arranged, because the swimming pool and the spa are in two different places. The stuff by check in wasn't really friendly.

It was very clean & silent. A nice parc is really near to the hotel. Possible to run or to walk. The hotel give you also the opportunity to rent bicycle.

The hotel seems to be a bit old fashion, but ok. More equipment and the style could be renewed, but ok. There are really things that I don't like, but just some improvement point.

Great breakfast buffet with many options. Nice indoor pool (although the water was a bit cold), sauna, and Kegelbahn. Very centrally located in the nice ton. An extensive state-of-the-art sports complex with badminton, fitness center, squash, and tennis available within walking distance and free to use!

There was a (small but) nice indoor pool. The water had a good temperature and outside the pool was warm. There was a bar, restaurant and bowling. You could do a beauty treatment. Other more summer facilities are available. They extra coich bed was ready prepared for us too.

The location is great, the superior room is good, parking is no problem

Due to Covid 19 there were some rather inconvenient features, like room cleaning every 2 days. The restaurant is not very elegant(Nümbrechter Stuben only),and the menu is rather limited

The hotel is really beautiful and the personal is really friendly

I will never understand why for a doble bed, hotels are just putting 2 single beds together, is not comfortable…

Clean and comfortable beds.

The communication between booking.com and the staff at reception wasn't clear. We ordered twin beds which the reception staff didn't seem to know anything about but finally the young man explained to me that I could move the beds apart. Is this MY job?

Ample parkingspace, fine breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly service at the terrace (Ice coupe at 20.30 ;-)). Several good restaurants close by.
