The hotel was new, modern with a comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of options on offer. The hotel had a safe and secure underground car park that linked directly into the hotel. All round it was a good stay with everything you would expect from a holiday inn.

Not really anything we found wrong during our stay, the only thing we found was that the car park a little difficult to find as the entrance is a block further down the street, however it is very safe and linked directly to the hotel. The charge for parking is slightly over what you would expect to pay, especially considering it’s also used for the supermarket in the same complex.

It's a chain hotel - there are no surprises and not a lot of character, but it delivers what it promises - things work and it had the facilities I needed for a business stay. Good breakfast. Somewhat limited eating options in the immediate vicinity but more if you go 10-15 minutes walk away. Air-conditioning coped well with a significant heatwave. Excellent value (at this time of year, anyway).

Only two lifts for quite a large hotel, so gets a bit congested at times.

The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The hotel and rooms were clean and air conditioned. The breakfast was included and really good. The location was great, and nearby parking was easy to access.

The property doesn't have rooms with enough capacity for 2+ people (i.e., families) and it appears none of the rooms they have include adjoining doors, so even though the rooms are close by, you'll have to cross through common hallway to reach your other half of your party.

The breakfast was amazing. They had lots of options and even a pancake machine. The rooms were perfect. Always clean and restocked. The rooms were well sound proofed. They have a late bar at night. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was absolutely perfect. Although the elevators could take a long time but I noticed that all over Germany nothing to fault on the hotels part.

The location is just perfect with several stores and restaurants within the walking distance. The nearest S bahn station is just about 300 meters away. Airport, Messe and Frankfurt hbf can all be reached in less than 30 mins by public transport. Wifi was excellent. I didn't experience any interruption in my whole four-day stay. Staff was wonderful too. I needed a special travel adapter and the lady at the reception found one for me.

Breakfast was slightly disappointing. It didn't compliment the superb room facilities.

Small but functional and cozy, big windowed, daily cleaned room. Excellent bed. Nicely sized shower. Ironing kit included. Bar opened till late next at the reception. Standard buffet breakfast included, with some vegan options. Parking included. Professional, helpful and friendly staff.

No stairs available, thus reliant on lifts. No mini-fridge, but Tegut right next to the hotel, so only an issue on Sundays.

I stayed 5 nights in this hotel in June 2022. Breakfast is nice, autopark is easy to use.

There was a young guy at the front desk (23:30). I asked for the price. their price is higher 30 EUR than the booking.com price. I requested to pay for booking.com. He said, "Then, you have to wait 25 minutes". I tried to explain the case. Because it was the same case previous accommodation. He was so rude. He got mad at me. what happened?: he checked in 2 minutes booking.com reservation. But he was still saying something. Someone called the front desk and asked for a towel. he said "I am alone. I cannot give it now" But other big guy came in one minute from the back office. Holiday Inn management care about this guy...

Great location, a couple of minutes' walk from Ledermuseum station. Lovely wine shop across the street from the hotel. There was a fault with the lifts upon our arrival, but the hotel managed to solve the issue very quickly. In the meantime, the staff kindly offered everyone free drinks. The room was very clean. Nice simple buffet breakfast. 25min by direct train to the airport.

All was fine.

I’m walking distance to the location where we attended a concert. It was quiet. The room we were staying in was a triple room and was a decent size. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.

The pillows could have been more comfortable. 1 was too hard and the other one I had was flat. The breakfast selection could have been better but it was ok.

the hotel is very clean. Location is perfect (near Frankfurt city centre & Offenbach)

This was our second time we stayed in Holiday In Express - Offenbach. The first time was in august 2021 and second time in December 2022. Most of the staff were friendly, however, some of the staff members were not friendly at all. They would not even say “hi” or “good morning” back to the guests and were sometimes a little bit rude to the guests.
