The rooms were very nice and clean.

My room was a smoking room (I didn't think they existed anymore). Consequently, it smelled very smoky. There is no staff at the hotel so communication was done by telephone. This is not very satisfactory if you're having difficulty late at night or early in the morning. Tickets to allow me to exit the car park were missing or did not function. Therefore, I had to pay to exit the car park. However, it was not expensive.

We got one of the two _real_ lake view rooms. Room 11. (Third time lucky). ExtraBlatt is our go-to place for buffet breakfast. ExtraBlatt was 10 meters walk (from room 11).

There are only two real „lake view“ rooms. Room 11 and room 14. Room 14 costs twice as much. All other „lake view“ rooms are obscured by thick bushes.

Great rooms, very modern and had everything needed. Comfortable beds, coffee facilities and a very nice rainforest shower. Overall big room and would definitely visit again. You also get a voucher to use the fitness facilities in the town.

No check in, you get a code and pick up your key. Worked well for us but had to call to change my number so make sure it's correct.

. Very hard to fault anything at all, even if you're the most picky customer. Excellent all around, amazing facilities in the room as well as very comfortable beds. Straight by the lake, very nice and chilled out atmosphere. I can't wait to go back, thank you very much for a gorgeous weekend in Olpe.

The room war great. The minibar was for free (something beyod expectations). The coffee pads were renewed every day. The bathroom was very comfortble, there were products like toothbrushes or shaving kits for free. The view was marvelous, we could see the lake from our bed. Just in the epicenter of nature.

There were a lot of spiders outside the building and often on the door. On the first day we were nor very carefull and four spiders enter the room, then we had to hunt them. In the next days we had to enter and exit the room very carefully and sometimes kill the spiders who tried to go in. The pure nature has sometimes disadvantages.

Very clean rooms, with nice beds and good shower. Location is beautiful next to the lake! 2 good restaurants next to the Motel with great food.
