Breakfast was as expected - plenty of choice with the available products. The staff were amazing and the location next to the river was excellent. I was only here for 2 days of work but still managed to walk =25 miles in the evenings. The river can be taken to get into the town for other facilities.

The noise that comes from other rooms can be severe especially foots steps from rooms above

The staff knew me from my previous stays in the hotel and they are always very nice and trying their best to meet my every demand. They make you feel like home!

The restaurant says it’s open till late but no food after eight in evening If you arrive in evening you have to phone to get your key. No one on site to help Curtains didn’t close No tea or coffee in room Bed made of foam so not especially comfy Can’t get WiFi unless check in early before 6 pm So had to wait till next day to change rooms and get WiFi Have to pay 2 euros for wellness and bus which is cheap but pointless if you are not using It’s a huge hotel but mainly for walkers I was visiting a dental clinic in Olsberg so just needed somewhere comfortable for the night I had to walk out of hotel in evening to get food and when I got to restaurant that was recommended they didn’t accept cards Bit stressful as had just had operation and wanted to stay in hotel

Unfortunately, a bit loveless furnished. You could design this much nicer , the balconies are completely bare. Therefore, the price is too high.

Breakfast and the room were okay. The sauna was on request but okay.

We were not informed in advance that there was no possibility to take dinner in the evening in the hotel. We were in this hotel several times. We could always take dinner in the hotel. So we had to look our selves for a restaurant in the town. That was absolutely not comfortable and most unpleasant after a whole day skiing.

Difficult to find , not enough parking , very normal food for dinner and breakfast , cheap quality , poor choice . Bad Matras , cheap towels , no hotel towels .

The location - that was it!

We weren't explained where our room was, nor the timings of anything within the hotel upon arrival. Our room was dated but clean and at the front of the hotel with a nice view. We noticed there once was a fridge but had been removed, so no means of keeping drinks cold. We tried to call reception but there was no phone directory in the room so, we decided to take a walk to find the facilities. Upon exploring we soon realised the bowling alley was closed, the sauna was broken and there was no longer a whirlpool in the pool area. This was a planned night away to enjoy a little extra luxury after travelling in our campervan, disappointingly and at a large expense we did not enjoy our stay and wished we had simply stayed another night in our van as it is more modern, better equipped and dog friendly. Breakfast was an experience too - I was told to use the 'other' coffee machine as the 'nice' one with a wider selection of usual coffee's (latte's, cappuccino's) - was out of bounds despite being in the dining room.

Except for the view, nothing.

The staff was very unfriendly, we could check in almost 2 hours later after arriving at the hotel, we had to pay 10 euro extra for a baby bed (WITHOUT MATTESS!!!), we didn't need. Furthermore, the bedsheet in the baby bed was not clean!!! Our baby could very good sleep on the sofa in the room, but the staff didn't understand us. At night there were for more than an hour constant loud noises in the room next to us, the same thing in the morning, at 6:00, so we slept very bad. At arrival in the room it was cold, at evening we set the temperature at 3, but during the night, the radiators were completely turned off. We woked up in a cold room with a 9 months old baby, that needs almost 20 degrees in the room.
