The Hotel is very clean and nice beds, staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and fresh. The Hotel was equipped with good noise reduction doors en wel isolated walls.

As a tip, install more mosquito nets in the windows, the rooms were rather warm so you want to open up a window but because it is near a creek and a pond there were a lot of mosquitos. We had rooms on the front side so on a weekday the people from the daycare across the street are a bit noisy quite early. These 2 remarks don't effect the nice stay we had!

Very nice place to stay. Many walking and biking trails nearby. Hotel has bicycles available to rent.. Very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Parking in front. All rooms are up one flight of stairs. Restaurants and large shoppong center a short drive from hotel. Wifi works good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely room in shared house, everything was nice and clean. Quiet location and friendly owner. One downside personaly for me that upon arrival I needed to call to get access code for entrance, luckily phone had just enough battery and reception on their local cellular provider. Generally never like idea of phoning on arrival. Overall would recommend and would love to stay again. Family and kids friendly location.

Haus Biederstaedt is perfectly located on our trip from Denmark to southern France. Room and adjoining bathroom are both very comfortable and so is the bed. The breakfast was excellent - not too much and not too little.

We found one brochure depicting a restaurant in the neighbourhood. Would have been good with a list of restaurants nearby. Did not find any information about wifi and access code.

I had stayed there for total of 3 nights during my visit in the area for a week. First a had booked for a night as needed just a place to relax and later a had booked it for 2 nights as i had really liked it. The hotel is really clean, the staff were super friendly and ready to help, the location was great and i really like it

I highly recommend this place. It's a few minutes from the highway between Hamburg and Bremen. Super cosy, quiet and spacious place. We also got an update, so we have a tremendous amount of space. The hostess is super friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious and rich in a lovely dining room with a view of the backside garden.

Convenient location, easy access from A1, but away from noise. Very friendly staff. Really good to have a 'guest kitchen' when you arrive late, and a small table in the room to eat at now that restaurants only do take-away. Good breakfast; for the number of travellers in small hotels these days (I believe we were only 2 for the meal), the choice of cold cuts and cheese was really good.

I like soft mattresses, so here it was on the hard side for me.- not an issue but personal preference :-). I would have preferred to get the information on access and access code at least the day before, as I was travelling since very early that day.and did not check my emails while on the road.But again, not an issue as such.

Exceptionally clean property. Great attention to detail. Brilliant breakfast. Host Jill has excellent customer service. You feel like you are visiting family!

It wasn't anything not to like.

Very clean, modern, good facilities, there was a guest facility for making tea or coffee, and lots of thoughtful touches to make it pleasant for the guest. The breakfast was plentiful and very good, and we were even offered some sparkling wine with our breakfast.

Beautiful Bed and breakfast, perfect location, well communicated. Fantastic bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly and caring owner. Jana even left a delicious treat for our dog. Awesome breakfast. Highly recommended.
