We actually liked everything. The size of the room, the beds, sheets and pillows were very, very comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely distributed. The people (reception) were so friendly and supportive. Lots of parking spaces. Very good price. Bathroom is also very comfortable and has lots of space.

The only thing we could suggest, is to add either a shelf or a little cabinet or stool in the bathroom to place some bag and clothes. There is enough space to add it. :o)

Nice and good size room with spacious shower room. The linens were clean and white. The view was on the car park so I could keep eye on my car. Peace and quiet behind the window all night. Only in the morning some noise and smoke's smell from cars leaving the hotel. The staff was were nice and helpful with checking in.

The check in machine was faulty and it had no sign on the screen saying that it was out of order. I was charged a double amount for the two booked rooms and my money was blocked on the account as "pending transaction". I received a message from the hotel staff that the check in machine was broken, but when we arrived there were no sign that it should not be used. The tiles in the shower were not clean and had damp spots. In another room, one out of two shower heads didn't work.

Nice and cheap number with everything what you need. A little cold, but I was there in rain season

If you have a credit card, you book inside the building, but if you don't you should go to nearest restaurant and pay there. But it is not a big problem

Good value for money, perfect location close to highway and city of Paderborn, clean & spacious rooms with comfy beds, many space for car, main entrance opens with room card so it's safety place for guests, easy check-out, american restaurant with robots, rooms are quiet even though the main road is nearby. In hotel there's a vending machine with snacks and beverages.

Simple modern and clean room with nice bathroom. The hotel is attached to an American style diner with great food ,atmosphere and service. It even had smiley robot waiters. Perfect overnighter!

I confused the robot and it stopped😏

Although it is out of town it suited us great, the staff at check in were really nice and helpful. the Road house diner on site and the pancake place were both great and gave you the option to try both. if your travelling this is a brilliant place, sleep, food and fuel.

Very easy to do the self check in. The diner has delicious food.

In the hotel itself I couldn't find any instructions how to check out. When I checked my mail, I saw I received a link to check out.

The hotel is close to autobahn, the rooms are neat, the restaurant is super and the staffs are polite

I like everything about it

Wonderful staff, who were exceptionally helpful and friendly this time. The room is always great, a much higher standard than you´d expect for this price category. I always stay here when I am near Paderborn, especially when travelling through Germany, because the standard is really good and everything is convenient -parking, check-in, (it´s a machine in the lobby) nice bathroom with a great shower. Good heating that works quickly, if you arrive late and it´s cold.
