Good location (near the Hauptplatz and the Ilm), the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice, it was calm, the staff were nice, the garage is very convenient (spots are small but ok).

The door for the night entrance should be fixed (if you don’t hold it, it bangs very loudly). Dogs are allowed in the room, which is good, but there was no dog bowl in the room (not a problem as I had one but it’s always nice when they put one). Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room; it’s not specified on the website and we were not informed on our arrival, only the morning after when we were on our way to have breakfast. I was given different reasons by different employees, the last one, was sanitary (because of the buffet), which I understand. I just wish I had known sooner.

This is the 2nd time Iwe have stayed her as my son lives locally. We are particularly impressed with the bathrooms. We had two rooms booked, one was a little bigger than the other but both were a good size. Staff are very friendly.

The bath room is easy to smelly. The bath room facility not very good. The water will be leaking out of the door. Air conditioner in some room is noisy.

Easy to get into room and hotel even though I arrived after the check in time. The staff was very accommodating to that and also checking out earlier than when they had someone at reception. Check-in and check-out were easy.

The beds separated very easy in the double bed room.

The location is ideal, very central. The room (and the hotel itself) is very beautiful, and quiet. The staff is very helpful.

The breakfast was too expensive for what it was.

The staff was impressively welcoming and guaranteed a smoth check-in and out, as well as a memorable stay at Pfaffenhoffen. Is a must if you visit the city, considering cost and location to the comfort it offers, not to mention the friendly and competent staff.

There was so far no negative points to highlight during the stay.

The hotel is near train station and city centre, the room was nice and very spacious, bathroom was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, cozy room, nice personal. Quiet to sleep, comfort bed. We needed a kettle and they found it for us without any problem. So we were very satisfied!

Breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice with an outstanding view of a beautiful township. Very nicely situated. I can't think of anything I was not happy with.
