The hotel is totally new, everything is shinning and the price is great for the area. The room was bigger than average rooms at this price. It is located in a quiet place, only 5 min walking to S-Bahn (P+R parking but no need to go there by car) and an Edeka store few minutes away (I went only by car there). Rewe and Aldi nearby, too. In the night, the reception is closed but the access is by card (the one for room) and check-in could be done by access code (if you arrive later than 10pm, you have to announce them). The breakfast is great! You can find from every category you wish and they are refilled permanently. The cafee is one of the best I tested in hotels. I had no problem with wifi but I used that only for reading news on mobile and social media. And, even if the hotel was fully booked, it was not noisy. We may may hear sometimes some heavy steps but nothing annoying. The lady manager is so supportive! Her attitude should become a standard in hospitality industry! And it was something I appreciated very much because I attended to AMBIENTE. There was a big accident on the route and traffic was blocked. They came to breakfast room to worn that to everyone! Great! That means to pay attention to your guests' needs!

I didn't like the weather! They should do something to make spring (in winter) at least in the morning! It is not good to wake-up, have a nice hot shower, a great breakfast and an excellent cafee ... and then go outside in cold.

Hotel is Clean,Staff are great and smile always, a lot of parking slots, breakfast exceptional, room space with water bottle welcome and bathroom with shampoo are okay Defiantly, would recommend it if you like to stay away from the city noise as well

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very professional and supportive. It is recommended for longer stays.

As a matrix of fact, the room is lacking a small fridge, which is very important to keep special medicines and food. I believe this would add an advantage to the hotel.

Very nice lady at the reception who also took care of breakfast. As the hotel did not have too many guests the night I stayed, she was super nice, showing me all as I was there alone, had my warm meal option order taken and prepared, she then check with me if all is good, amazing service. Room super clean, bed very comfy and overall, very very good stay. Thank you. Zuzana

I arrived late at night. The self check in process was quick and efficient. The room was new spotless clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very professional and nice.

Friendly Staff, Smooth Check-in process, Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations.

Location is slightly in industrial area, good for business visits but not so for private travel.

Hotel is new, nicely furnitured - but very simple. I was there due to bussiness so from this perspective I got all I have expected. Wifi was working perfectly. Location is more industrial. Breakfeast nice - you can get fresh scrambled eggs.

A single room could be more cosy with simple decoration.

Very clean and new accomodation. Breakfast is very good. Coffie is teasty. Room is big. Train station is 300m . We will come back next year
