the staff at both receptions wasn’t polite . at the Spa they didn’t want to talk with me in English. Always responding in German or just giving me the towels with no word. The woman who checked us in also wasn’t polite and she didn’t want to explain about the tickets she is giving us. also she didn’t give us answer abstehst dinner time. The pool is not warm enough

The hotel is great and it was a super relaxing experience for our family. The pool area is amazing and the fact that the hotel has a kids friendly approach was essential for our choice. The bed was amazingly confortable and due to the peaceful surroundings we slept like babies. The breakfast was excellent and with a great variety to choose from. It was also great to have an indoors small playground for the kids. The Chiemgau karte gave us access to many benefits, great initiative!

We travelled with a baby and we were constantly having to change her diapers in our room so trash accumulated fast. After 2 nights the trash still wasn't collected so we had to explicitly ask for that in the reception. This was a bit disappointing as, for such a big hotel, just by the fact that we requested a baby cot should be enough to trigger a more frequent check by the cleaning crew. Something simple to implement IMHO but that failed. The rooms are good for 2 people only. We were 2 adults and a baby and we had to fit the baby cot plus the stroller and we struggled a bit with the space in the bedroom.

I really liked the pools and the kids area there. The restaurant was also quite nice and all foods were delicious. The staff is polite and helpful, specially the cleaning lady from Hungary (thank you, I know you were in a hurry and you still made time to help me) and nice ladies by the pool. I would definitely recommend it.

I didn't like that the glas door on the toilet was loud and that it is not really separated from the sleeping area so that I can shower while my baby sleeps. But it is visible in the pictures, so it's my fault I wasn't paying attention to it previously.

1. The toilet in the rooms has no door, one curtain, and one slide door which is common for the shower and WC, only one of the two can be closed. That means no real privacy and the smells and sounds are on your bed. 2. The majority of the personnel speaks only German or very poor English. Nothing in English, you need a translation application.

Very variety breakfast and buffet dinner. Spacious swimming pool and public outdoor space.

The room is a bit small and the bathroom design is not my taste. The price is not attractive. The room is bit warm in summer without an air conditioning.

Can i say everything ? 😆 Staff were friendly and nice. Hotel was perfect!!! Very clean rooms, comfortable beds , food was also very tasty and fresh. Spa was great! Pools were veryyy clean , enought place for everyone 😁 Paying with room card around the hotel was very good solution!

Parking was 10euros per day and your car is outside in the front of the hotel… too expencive and not worth it at all. Toilet seat and door a little bit stupid 😓 Nothing more , everything was awesome❤️

It is an amazing place to stay! It is clean. The room is big and quite. The mountain view is beautiful. It seems that the hotel is new!

Breakfast is good, but they don’t have a lot of options for the breakfast.

Food and customer service was great. Swimming area was great for rainy days. Free pool towels and bath robes. Hotel is close to numerous attractions. Baby beds on request Mini shop for late night snacks. Nice child play area with lots of books, games and toys.

Vegetarian option was not sufficient for some of the nights. Bus service from train station was not always ideal times. Bathroom concept was not ideal for small family. Adults taking all the children buffet items before the children. Window location you can see into some of the other rooms. No mini bar fridge - handy for families with small children.

The food is good, although a bit repetitive after 3 days.
