great price quality, breakfast was amazing nice bed however it was advertised that there was a gym and this was not the case

Here on bookings was advertised that there was a gym, and this was not the case (at least the woman at the checkin desk told me there wasn t) The woman at the lobby could have been more friendly . nothing out of the ordinary but a smile , a greet or a bye would have been a nice start (instead of ignoring me when i was standing at her at the desk (i didn t interrupt because she was on the phone), but interrupted her call for the people that came after me (although still on the phone, while still ignoring me ). might be a detail , but a welcome feeling or receiving the opposite makes a difference when it comes to hotels.

This was "just" a transit hotel for us on the way home from the Mountains, but was much more! Fantastic room (mini suite), sofa bed and babycot were all made up ready for us on arrival which was fantastic, and daughter loved the Haribo treats left for her. Hotel bar was fun with a very accomplished barman making some cocktail works of art. Breakfast was your regular fantastic and huge German spread!

The room was spacious and comfortable but rather hot with no A/C. The bed was fine. Breakfast was quite extensive. Staff were very accommodating, even walking out on the street with me to show me where I could pay for parking (the hotel garage was full). The location is close to the main town pedestrian area (restaurants etc.) but we can recommend the Pizza place next door. Good food; great value and service.

The pillows were poor but I guess that's a personal choice

The receptionist was a very friendly, helpful and amicable dude. I really loved the personal way he welcomed me and stored my bike. The breakfast was extraordinary. Great coffee and many food items to choose from. I was trying to lose some weight. That had to wait another day :p The room was basic but comfortable and very clean.

I would have liked a water cooker in my room for making decaf coffee. But that's all I can think of.

arrived by chance after a not-so-lucky experience with a different hotel, we were welcomed very warmly room is very big and comfortable very good location in the center of Saarbrucken, with private underground parking breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of food and very good quality

small details, but it’s strange to charge full parking price to a motorbike (normally it is 50%) plus the wine bar seemed unattended. we would have taken a glass of wine but did not have the impression the service was ‘on’. otherwise I would certainly go back

Great location close to the central square with many good restaurants around. Super quick check-in and check-out. Underground parking facilities at a small extra charge. No fuzz, very easy-peasy. Great breakfast with fresh orange juice à volonté. Nice intimate atmosphere. Free cot for our child!

Nothing that was worth remembering.

1.Exceptional breakfast 2. Hotel has a parking service for a value price ( 12 Euro per night) 3. Hotel Facilities are nice and pleasant. 4. Staff are professional and polite, Receptionists answered to all our questions. 5. Custom made requests for the room facilities were fulfilled by the hotel staff

1. Bed mattress are not comfortable and surely needs replacement. 2. No Real Double Bed - Its a 2 twin beds. I found myself falling between the two "connected beds" 3. Room design is quite old and needs a bit of maintenance

The breakfast was excellent, way beyond the star rating of this place, freshly pressed juice, high quality meats and cheese, amazing selection or teas and fancy coffee machine, pan cakes, great bread, fresh fruit, home-made marmelade,…

The rooms are more on the ascetic side, but the bed was comfortable, double glassing, thus no noise, but windows can still be open. It was nice, just not luxurious.

Very-very good! Not even one minus. Everything was great. Especially quick and friendly checking-in and breakfast. A lot of good restaurants around. Very close to all the famous places in Saarbrucken. Great value.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The location of the hotel is great and our rooms was quite big!

The bathroom in our room was separated from the room itself by a wall but in that small wall was a window, so you could hear everything that’s happening in the bathroom. There where 2 mattresses on our bed although that it was a double bed and not 2 single beds, which made cuddling kinda uncomfortable 🙈
