Hotel was in the cozy town of Sankt Andreasberg. There are nearby shops, restaurants and other places of amusement (hiking trails, sledding slopes, etc). Room was cleaned daily by a really nice lady and every morning we were served with an awesome breakfast spread in their breakfast room which has a very beautiful view. The owners are lovely and very attentive. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, they have been nothing but gracious. We felt like we visited family. This hotel has exceeded all our expectations!

Fantastic stay, very comfortable, good breakfast, strong Wi-Fi connection, very spacious and a fire place makes it even more cosy and comfortable. We are a family of three, my wife, our 6 year old son and I - visited this place for a casual weekend trip, the place has a lot of attractions nearby to offer, plenty of hiking trails which we really enjoyed (thanks to the weather). There’s a supermarket nearby, just around 10 mins walk and has all the basic necessities - it closes by 8pm which is a bit of a bummer imo.

The host was very accommodating and kind. The breakfast was good. I also liked that they have an indoor pool, though unfortunately, we were not able to use it. The garden view was also beautiful. Highly recommend the place. :)

The Hotel was very nice, clean, and spacious. The host is very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent and the pool is a big plus. We will recommend this Hotel and come back.

Nice family-run hotel. Excellent breakfast with carefully selected options. the rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and with a garden. The swimming pool is a plus! we all enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was very nice. Kids enjoyed time in the swimming pool.

The breakfast was great, the staff nice, and the beds super comfortable. All very normal and basic though.

- The pool, sauna, and reception all close at 8pm, which is a shame as it would have been nice to enjoy these things in the evening after our hikes, and have a later check in available. - You need to book to use the sauna and pay extra 10eur. We took too long on our hiking so we arrived too late and didn't use the sauna unfortunately. Shockingly, they still charged us the sauna even though we didn't use it. - The breakfast was good but it was also extra fee and honestly not enough variety of food to be worth the extra 8eur in my opinion. The 2nd day had even less things to chose from. - there was no shampoo nor conditioner available. Only hand soap and shower gel. - All was ok, but we were expecting more given the price of the nightly stay. It's just all a bit overpriced and we were looking for a bit more pampering for this price... The service and facilities do not match the price asked. There were hotels with similar facilities for much less. We wanted pampering, you will get no pampering here, just all very basic B&B.
