Stunning room, the best we’ve had in Germany so far, spacious bathroom with a bathtub, great staff, restaurant/food at the hotel, lovely terasse for guests to sit on at the front of the hotel, close to Schwerin Castle, etc., 24 hour reception, super easy access to hotel-guest parking in the parking basement under the hotel, and the parking fees were very reasonble. Dogs welcome. The hotel itself is absolutely top quality. 4 stars, I believe. Completely quiet. I recommend this hotel very highly, we loved every minute of our stay there.

Nothing, the Schwerin Palace is really great.

The room is amazingly comfortable and huge. They even provide you with a fridge and microwave. Highly recommended!

It's a little bit far to walk to the city center and the castle. It takes around 20minutes to reach there. It is still a nice walk though.

You can walk around 10-15min to city centre from the hotel, but might be a little tricky if you have baby stroller. Best if you drive to & from hotel.

Bed really comfortable, nice staff and easy procedure for the late check in. Position was great for me as I needed to be close-by. Handy parking right below.

Not able to switch off the night lights and the heater was quite noisy.

The location was amazing! We could see the castle and Schelfkirche from our balcony, which faced the lake. The balcony in itself was an amazing feature you look for longingly in many other rooms in schwerin. The staff was so friendly and helpful and understanding, plus we found the price of the room great. The parking garage is fantastic right under the building. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I would have to be really nitpicky to come up with dislikes. The bathroom had the faintest urine smell and I was guessing the entire time what that is. We liked our room and privacy so much though, that I didn't mention it to the staff. I am sure they would have remedied it right away, as they were amazing, so this one is on me.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very big and comfortable, I asked for bathtub and I got one. the breakfast was also very good, the facilities were great!! I recommend it.

The location was a little far from the center since a had no car and with rain was not very nice to walk 20 min.

Good location, well maintained, friendly staff and a great breakfast in the morning. The bedroom was huge, bed was really comfy, very relaxed.
