There’s a pool in the hotel.

Two from this experience. There was road construction on the way to hotel and it took half an hour to be there. One more thing is perhaps the culture reason that there is a sauna in pool area, and was opened to all. The problem is no sign saying can be all naked and taking my 9-year-old girl passing by seeing both female male sitting inside completely naked was quite awkward. And I could only took her speed up getting away from that to shower area where about three steps away from there. Quite close to see all if you just stand there deciding going inside or not. Not really ok to show to younger kids.

Comfort in family room and breakfast

(Excessive) parking fee not necessary in such a remote area. It was too warm in room, difficult to open window.

Very clean, spacious room. Later checkout than many hotels. It was nice to have a sofa bed and bathtub for my child. Well-stocked snack bar with a lot of good, interesting choices. Very kind staff. The dinner and drinks at the attached restaurant were really good.

I agree with other reviews that it’s weird to pay so much for parking in an industrial area - it’s not in a downtown city center. The indoor pool was also VERY cold, which I wasn’t expecting; my son could only swim for 15 minutes at a time before his lips were blue (which was disappointing since the pool was our main reason for selecting this hotel).

Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice continually being topped up, staff were friendly and accomodating. `Resturant was nice, not a huge amount to choose rom and quite pricey but was decent.

very busy breakfast room with people pushing in to get to the front of the queue without a care for others, maybe staff need to be guiding more, (not nescessarily the hotels fault just frustrating) could do with mor than 1 pillow on the bed !!! Be nice if parking was free.

Last min booking while on motorway. Requirement was a four bed and secured parking. Paid 100€ for room and 14€ for parking. There is a barrier for in and out and plenty of parking spaces in the hotel yard. Its located in a remote area on a sort of industrial zone not far from motorway. Easy to find by sat nav, although its only visible when you are outside. The breakfast is 22€ and looks quite impressive I did not tried! We had a room with a big double and two singles in a big room. Shower with good shower. Reception 24H.

There are hidden costs for various things but they are well signposted.

* breakfast was really great. Compliments! * room, beds and bathroom were excellent and clean * friendly employees * despite 2 minor disappoinments, overall a very great stay while in transit or for a few days stay, highly recommended.

* there's a 14 euro parking fee. Little bit lame to charge this on top of the booking at the end of the visit instead of including it in the booking itself, considering its location (probably everyone will arrive by car) * one reason to go for this hotel was its 24/7 reception / booking facility. We asked for anti allergic blankets but they referred to housekeeping already finished. They couldnt only find 1 piece. For a hotel chain this big, having 24/7 check-in, it shouldnt be that great of a challenge to have a set of anti-allergic bedding available, e.g. a storage room or whatever..

Clean and well maintained hotel. Very good breakfast. Tasty and fresh dishes in the restaurant. We enjoyed sauna and kids had fun in the swimming pool. We felt welcome with my family.

I think it would great to keep the wellness area for adults only from 20:00 o'clock everyday. This will satisfy not only parents, but also business guests, who want to relax in the evening.

Excellent breakfast spread. Great pool & sauna facilities. Very stylish hotel, big room and elevators for Europe, lots of towels were given (between the pool & showering a family of 4 we used quite a few). It was very hot during our stay 30°c/97°f and our A/C kept us very comfortable and the pool was a good temperature. We had a mini fridge which was great to keep the baby's milk & juice cold it worked pretty well. Also, we found it to be a great value for the room rate we secured. Staff was warm and welcoming, kind, and ensured safety in the pool areas by removing some intoxicated rowdy guests later in the evening. They are doing a great job there.

Unfortunately there's road construction making getting to the hotel a bit ridiculous (not the hotel's fault, though) they were kind enough to send a map ahead of time. The pillows were a bit too soft and flattened out too easily. Honestly my only minor complaint.

The on-site restaurant with the kitchen open until 22:00 was very handy when arriving late in the evening after a long drive. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent and a large choice of food and drinks for breakfast. Room very clean and perfect for our family. We also appreciated the swimming pool and sauna.

Parking at €14 is excessive and just a hidden way to charge higher for the room, as due to the location most guests can only get there by car.

Big comfy rooms, staff were very helpful in sorting a few issues we had and pool and sauna was good to have after long journey. Our of town location easy to get to from motorway.

Although great to have a pool, the water seemed quite unclean. I can't say for certain but one of my children got quite sick a few days later and I think it was from pool water.
