Location, room was also very large and comfortable very clean friendly stuff. I could cancel without any issue the last night due to a change in the business trip. If I would need to stay in Singen, I will choose them again. 

A minibar or small fridge in the room would be nice to have, especially during the summer to keep some drinks cold, and find a solution to extend the breakfast options, it’s good, but could be a little bit more diversified 

The room was nice and well equipped with water boiler and iron.

The breakfast was OK but not breathtaking (no scrambled eggs; fruit juice of low quality); at the reception, we were told that the code for the internet access is in the room, which was not the case. There it was stated that one has to call the reception. Only shower towels bu no hand towels were provided - when we asked at the reception, we were told that the personell is low and that they do not have enogh towels and that it would also be for exological reasons.

Quiet hotel around 10 minutes walk from main train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast. We were worried about the hotel's wifi connection from reading various reviews. However, we did not experience any problem. The wifi was fast and stable.

we got into a issue with the sink.. issue that they tried to fix but they couldn’t. at the same time the got into another issue. (the system went down), and they gave me another room manually and no door key was provided.. The Staff gave us two courtesy drinks and free parking for all inconvenience.

the maintenance is poor.

loved the location; very close but much cheaper than staying in Switzerland, which was great! easy to go on a day trip to Switzerland and stay in this hotel. breakfast was nice, very clean, service was good.

I’d prefer parking to be free for hotel guests like at other Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve been at, but 10 euros for one night (because we only stayed one night) wasn’t too bad.

Checked in at the Holiday Inn Express Singen, on 16/06/22. Registration was easy. the restaurant food was very good. The front desk was very friendly. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a nearby trip to Rhein Falls or Konstanz nearby. Overall, I had a great experience;

It's a standard Holiday Inn Express hotel - just like any other. Comfortable, just what you'd expect. Good price:value ratio. No surprises except for the pancake machine for breakfast, which was great.

No issues with the hotel except that the windows couldn't be opened without requesting help from the lobby, but anyway we were there in midwinter and wouldn't open them anyway... everything else was fine.

Stayed in the standard queen room. The hotel is at a quite place, so can say that was a peaceful stay. The personal was helpful and friendly, the hotel and room were clean, the breakfast was delicious and nicely fixed.

There is nothing to complain about.

The sofa bed was small. If the accommodation is for 4 people, there could be bigger beds.

the room was not facilitated well, no toothbrush, no slipper, no mini bar, no mineral water, and the telephone in the room didn't work.
