I'm a returning guest, loved this hotel so much that I decided to spend Christmas time there. The breakfast is insanely good, with a great taste (was really looking forward to it!), the rooms are very spacious and are equipped with everything you need. You can really tell that the guest and details were kept in mind here.

There was only one thing this time that was a bit disturbing, our room was closer to the staircase and in the morning the room filled up with smell from the kitchen. I don't recall that from my first stay here so I assume this is an unfortunate location or maybe the ventilation system wasn't working properly.

Special thanks to Ms. Kseniia Gerz of the reception who  has been trying her very best to find a bigger room for our 4 pieces of luggage and to make sure that we enjoy our stay in the hotel. She even tried to help us to contact another hotel in Wismar when I received strange emails of nonreply-invalidcc from Booking.com which we cannot not trust it sent really from Booking.com. Kseniia loves her work and loves helping guests. We sincerely wish her good success in her work and in her life!

The room was clean and with great hygiene products. We found all we needed for a comfortable stay in Stralsund being very close to the Hauptbahnhof and the old town. All the attractions were walking distance. Check In was easy and the staff super friendly. And our main highlight was the breakfast, it has been one of the best we have had in a hotel in Germany.

The lack of AC. Being a hotel in a city by the sea the summer can get pretty hot therefore the room was very warm at the end of the day, we needed to sleep with the windows totally open and the fan on to refresh the room. Beds were a bit too soft but in general it was a good room.

Lovely hotel with great breakfast. It was easy to find, the staff was very friendly. We could upgrade the room on the day of arrival on very short notice and the staff was very responsive to that request and super helpful.

Hotel didn't have any twin bed options, so we chose junior suite, but turned out that the second bed was a sofa bed. It's not as comfortable as the usual bed, I wish junior suite would also be a regular bed, or that hotel would have twin bed/twin room options.

Really nice, cozy hotel with modern but cozy rooms. We had one with a little kitchenette that was great to have a snack and also doing some co-working together. There was a trendy looking living room with a fireplace that looked interesting, but not quite inviting enough for us to check out.

Staff seemed a bit grumpy when I arrived, but maybe it was just end of the day blues. Information about the car parking situation during Friday markets was unclear and didn't seem accurate. No real interest in giving information about restaurants in the area either. I also would loved to have an option for a single blanket, but I understand that's not standard in Germany. I'm secretly hoping to start a trend... :fingerscrossed:

Nice hotel right in the centre of Stralsund. Breakfast was absolutely superb and could be taken inside or in the central courtyard area. Underground parking was great - but quite expensive for a motorcycle. Room was nice and spacious and the mini-kitchen was useful - although we only used the fridge. The room was a bit too warm and no A/C available - only a fan.

Total price for a 3-night stay was expensive I feel - pricing on invoice suggests price for a Saturday is massively more expensive.

This is a nice hotel just off the main square. The room and the public areas were spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was very nice with everything needed for a short stay including an area with vending machines!

The lift wasn't working properly which caused issues for my disabled travelling companion.

We liked the hotel, although the parking lot (including a place to store a bicycle) is located on the other side of the building and access is from a different side, but this is not a problem. Very well-kept, clean hotel, the hotel patio made an impression on us. Clean, well-kept room, tasty and varied breakfast.

The hotel is located at the city central. Many touristic places and harbor are within a 10 minutes walk. Pillows and beds are very comfortable. Very quite. The kitchen has everything you need. (we used only fridge and glasses). Breakfast is really worth paying for.

The kitchen is small and can hardly be used by two people.

due to environmental reasons there is no service offered -> it is required to take care of everything: manage the room, make up the bed in the morning, ask for toilet paper, etc. unfortunately, this goes very far and has nothing to do with „environmental reasons“. it is just economic saving, as here is no service offered!
