I wWanted a place to stay that was airport because I haven’t had a late flight. This place was only a few stops away by the bus and the buses ran frequently. But my surprise and delight PKN when I arrived at the hotel is short right walk from the bus stop. The check-in was easy and the person checking me and could not have been more helpful. She made a point of checking the bus schedule for the next day just to make sure that I was picking the right bus and time for returning to the airport. She also checked since I wanted to get some milk as to what might be open on Saturday evening and sent me on my way to get some milk. When I returnedI sat in their outdoor area enjoying the evening and reading my book as I sipped on a beverage. The room was much larger than I expected the bathroom was wonderful it was quiet I could not have asked for more both in terms of the wonderful staff the great value and the convenient location if ever I need to return to the area this is where I will stay

Very friendly staff. Really accommodating, provided and cleaned a room straight away when I arrived a little earlier to check in time. After the first night I had issues with the bed (could feel the metallic stuff and didn’t sleep at all) so I requested to get a bed topper, which they provided ! Very good service, rooms are clean and location is great to the airport/Messe.

The room seems to keep the heat. Even after opening the window the room stayed very warm, sticky. Not sure if it’s the ventilation.

We loved the room, very cosy. The breakfast was very good, worth the extra money.Free parking. Close to the airport and situated in a small town which is great for a walk before your take off. Best choice to stay in Stuttgart for those who fly the next day. Well done to the hotel owners.

Everything was great. The only thing I would say is the lack of elevator and the quality of the 3rd bed. For us worked fine because it was for a kid, but for an older guest it would be a problem I suppose.

I could check in very late, there's breakfast with nice coffee, the parking is free and the location is good. It fits the purpose of a night break in good condition and it has a fine view. The staff is great and the price makes it good value for money. More than fair for 3 stars, which is hard to find these days I guess.

The bathrooms could have been in better condition, but they were acceptable, the hotel is clean. Absolutely fine for a night stay.

Excellent room cleaning service and the room was very spacious for single occupancy. Breakfast was good with variety but cost extra 15 euros per day. Also just 3 minutes walk to netto discount supermarket.

Restaurant was for breakfast only hence guest had to find launch and supper outside, but there are a couple of restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel is enough close to the aiport to take a relatively cheap taxi from it. The hotel is located in a quite suburb, there are some restaraunts and a supermarket nearby. In the room you get evetything you need including ironing board, toothbrush etc.

TV wasn't configured well (the list of channels was incomprehensible) and there was no Wi-Fi when I arrived, but it was a temporary problem as I understood.

One lady at the reception wasn’t able (and willing) to answer some of our questions. We asked about gym (info about it was mentioned in the booklet at the room) but she wasn’t able to provide us with details. And wasn’t willing to find out from the higher management. It my opinion, if you mention the service, you need to have the staff be informed about it too.

Great room, nice courtyard, breakfast was great. Several restaurants in walking distance including an excellent Indian restaurant. Cheap, easy and quick to get to/from Stuttgart Messe (Expo centre) using the local taxi app (like Uber) I arrived late because of a delayed flight, no problem to get the room key out of the thing at the door - it's like an ATM.

Airport taxi driver was a bit disappointed as he said he'd queued for two hours and it was only about 12 Eur fare or something like that. I rounded him up to 20.

good breakfast selection...the whole place had an air of simple efficiency & cleanliness......Sufficient places, i.e Restuarants nearby...Staff were very efficient & Helpful..They all spoke perfect English which was a Bonus for me as I do not speak German.. have booked to stop there again

Parking is a bit limited...but I was on a Motorbike

Cleanness, breakfast, language support ( Croatian :) ). Breakfast was great and beds were not too soft - apart from the couch one, which is understandable. You get equipped with all the essentials like is normal in a hotel but here you also get combs.

Well, our room demanded a bit of a walk upstairs (kind of steep). Not a problem for us at all, young people with baggage but some who cannot carry heavy weight on stairs might see it as a challenge.
