Overall a good quality hotel. Staff very helpful & friendly and spoke good English

Disappointing that for this standard of hotel there was no room service ! As a guest you can order food at a bar area & wait for it to be made & then take it back to your room - this is not what I expect from a 4star hotel!

Great value for money. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Fresh towels and linen provided daily. Tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff. Good location with easy access. Secure underground parking available at extra cost.

Cna't think of anything we didn't like, other that aircon access hatch in one of the rooms was leaking all night but we were too tired to ask for a room change, and only stayed one night. So, can't tell how the staff would've taken it if we'd ask for room change. When we mentioned to them in the morning upon checkout they just said tanks for letting us know, but didnlt offer a refund or other sorts of compensation.

One of the receptionist tried to argue for two days with me about the car park. He was very wild when he tries to explain me that car park is payable cos I said that they wasn’t any barrier or ticketing system at the entrance of the carpark. I have given up to explain him my view… In addition, we asked for two days to top up the soap (fluid) in the bathroom. It has been happened only at say 3 .

The room was cozy and nice. I also spend time in the sauna and swimming pool which was almost empty and quiet. The breakfast was decent with a lot of choices. You can see and hear the train station. But with closed window you won’t feel disturbed.

The hotel was during my stay under construction. Which lead to the fact that you actually need to carry your suitcase from the parking lot to the reception upstairs if you didn’t get the right lift. The Loft it self took years to close the doors sometime and to reach your floor.

We arrived very early for a festival and needed a room to change. The front desk found us a room in order to check in early instead of having to use the bathroom to change, cant thank them enough. Right across street from train station. Quite and comfortable room.

The alternate room had only pillows and blanket for one person. Requested additional pillows and blanket, took two calls and a visit to the front desk, over most of day, to have that done. The restaurant for dinner is mediocre, don’t usually eat dinner in hotel, but was exhausted, not impressed, but breakfast buffet was very good.

Ayaz at Reception was outstanding! He was friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor. He even allowed us to check in earlier than expected so we were already checked in after Frühlingsfest! That really made our stay! As always, the convenience to the Sbahn is the best. Comfortable, quiet, clean rooms.

The check out process always seems to take a long time, but if that’s the only bad thing we can think of then not too bad.

Selection of food was very good.

The waitresses were too quick in clearing the tables. Twice the waitress cleared the table when I was away getting either a drink of something else to eat. They need to be more aware as to what the guests are doing instead of seeing a table with an empty cup on and glass on it and clearing it away and resetting the table for a different guest.

The room was fantastic with a nice balcony. The shower was spacious and had very good water temperature and pressure. The bed was very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. The minibar was nice and the reception gave water each day. The staff was very friendly, too!

The room was warm even when we turned down the heat, but I guess that is to be expected on the 12th floor. It did not really affect our stay in a negative way. We didn't have the breakfast since it was too expensive and there were bakeries nearby.

We stayed two nights in a double deluxe suite on the 12th floor. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a great shower and separate tub. Balcony furniture was updated. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Quick elevators any time of day.

Plan ahead when checking out, the line is impossibility long and slow. It's not the staff, just an archaic process. When turning on the light for the toilet at night the entire bathroom is lit and shines on the sleeping person in bed.

I loved that there was a spa and a pool. We did not use the facilities but we did look around. It was very clean and inviting but we didn’t have time to indulge.

The parking was €18 and very tight. It was VERY HARD to maneuver our X6 out of the parking structure and there was proof that others weren’t successful in doing so. There were lots of scrapes on the corners and walls where vehicles came in contact with the barriers.
