The location was good. Dinner was good. The staff pretty much left us alone but were responsive. Although, there is no hotel designated parking, parking was never an issue. There was a party booked in the restaurant one night and we were referred to a great Italian restaurant a few doors down.

I didnt like the walk up so many stairs but they could not have known that I have mobility issues. The room was great and one of the staff members noticed me struggling on the steps with my bag, she immediately helped me

The food at the restaurant was amazing. I can highly recommend ordering the 'Beer crusted roast'. Was the best I have ever had in Germany. The breakfast was also nice. It is basic, but has everything that you need. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Toilets, bathroom and apartments are clean. We will return here again.

Nothing. Everything was fine. There isn't a place to park, so you just have to look for an available parking space along the main street. In some places, you have to pay a small fee to park. But it is still much cheaper to pay a few euros to park on the side of the street near the Hotel, then what some hotels charge to park directly at their place overnight.

Nice apartment, kitchen with toaster, kettle etc. Good restaurant. Good location for climbing in south part of frankenjura

Spongy mattress and synthetic blanket (but this depends on personal preference). Sometimes no hot water in the evening

We have stayed here before, loved it, and come back again. Location is in a beautiful, historic city, and dinner was delicious. Check out the Kneipp bath, very refreshing on a hot day.

Breakfast was very good. Staff and bosses so helpful and friendly. They could not do enough for us. Felt really welcomed! Excellent beer and meals in the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel. We had a fabulous stay!

The cleaner was knocking on our door each morning to come in and clean, even though we had an hour left to go and have breakfast. On the last day we packed up the car before breakfast but left my coat in the room to go back after breakfast and have a final check and pick up my coat before leaving. When we got to the room the coat had been put to the side and the cleaner had almost finished cleaning it. I had to do my check that everything was packed around her and she was cross with me when I said we had not left! Not a nice way to end a fabulous weekend 😞

Loved the property. The apartment was large and had all of the amenities. Plus the Brewery is always a favorite.

Parking was on street if you could find any.

The location of the hotel was excellent, easy for reaching by car, lack of Parking spaces, the breakfast needs lit bet improvement.

I like the possibility of having big apartments for my family (4 persons). Apartments are located on the next street 100 m from hotel. We had our nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

A lot of choice and all very fresh products. Really excellant and very good coffee. This is what you like waking up and enjoy your breakfast.

Loved the location! It was right in the middle of the old city! The hotel was just lovely!!! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly!!
