Great location, 8 mins walk to the beach and 2 mins from Lerchenweg bus stop. The house itself is also very pretty. The kitchen, though very small, is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable.
Cleanliness - there was always sand on the floor, even directly after the cleaning staff had left. I swept multiple times a day, everyday, but couldn't get rid of the sand somehow. The couch - the couch in apartment 2 is very old and used. Down feathers kept coming out of it, we couldn't sit on it as the festhers were poking out and caused irritations. The fixtures - we found two parts of broken fixtures on the floor on 2 days, one was from the lighting and the other one we couldn't identify. A little scary to think things keep falling off.
