The premises, place, rooms, was nice, convenient and clean. Would be for 10/10 if the check-in would have worked smoothly...

The reception closes at 6pm, the instructions how to proceed in such case were sent via Booking, but the key message got lost: the web links disappeared and rest did not make sense. Nevertheless, we got in conctact by phone prior the travel, and I was told how to get the key, which then worked at the arrival. However, getting to the room was then a major challage: the next instructions where to go and which part of the hotel to enter was not only misleading, but completely wrong, the room was in a completely different part of the building. We got stack outside for few dozens of minutes till we found an entrance through which we could get to the room. Moreover, there was not any working contact to the staff, even if only for the emergency situations.

Nice, new, clean, calm hotel with a beautiful landscape view of green fields with cows and hills. Amazing breakfast with Bavarian music on a speaker in the background.

The amount of emails I received from 48h before the stay to 48h after is 11. That is a bit much. As it is a rural area, there's a lot of mosquitoes in the room as soon as you open the balcony door.

The room was spacious, a room for 4 people had two different bedrooms and the bathroom between them. The location is nice, in the middle of the countryside. There is also a big garden in the internal courtyard with a playground for children. Vending machines are available for coffee and drinks. The breakfast was also very nice for a good price.

The overall setting is beautiful. Even thou it's located a very few minutes from the highway, it's immerse in the green and beautiful farmland of Bavaria. The building is impeccabile, the room comfortable and breakfast superb

The fcilities were clean nd tdy, everything well organized. There is child playground in the yard with lot of options fr them to play. In room we had a Qeen size b and two separate beds for kids. Especialy great are the mornings with bird songs.

This was the perfect stop on our way to Austria! Communication was great via emails, telephone queries answered promptly and instructions for hotel/room access were clear. My husband was especially happy with the possibility of a beer on arrival from the drinks machine in the reception. 👍🏻 Breakfast was varied and delicious. Would definitely again! Thank you😊

Everything went very smoothly and was up to expectations.

Our one gripe was that we arrived on motorbikes tired and very hungry. We didn't want to go out again, as there was nowhere within walking distance. We asked for a sandwich (for which we would have happily paid), but were told this wasn't possible – only to be confronted by (an admittedly splendid) breakfast the following morning. Given the lack of nearby facilities, I think it would pay the proprietors to be a little more flexible in future.

Beautiful hotel

Didn’t like recording of my passport! Most hotels don’t do that anymore! To much data on the internet to my liking! The other hotels I stayed in in Germany only looked at my IDs. This hotel also wanted my birthday etc.

Large size of the room, we had the superior double room in the renovated part. Excellent shower and noise cancelling wooden doors.

We were missing a larger bin and also some free tea and coffee powder with some cups for one time use in the evening inside the room.

Online Check-In with mobile key, convenient for arriving at night. Warm room temperatur in cold wintertime. Clean and standard equiped bathroom. Almost quiet at night especially the garten side
