The location was great. Right in the centre and afforded easy walking tours of the Altstadt. The room was tidy and spacious. The decor and style of the public areas was modern and chic. It felt open and airy. The breakfast was very good and the service was friendly and welcoming.

The room was very warm in the sunny weather and didn't have air conditioning. The shower room door opened out into the room blocking access to the wardrobe. The wi-fi signal in the room was poor, compared to the centre of the hotel.

First we had contact with staff via mobile who let us park the car in their garage. We were then admitted in person and checked in and given the opportunity to upgrade the room standard. Then help with attractions. The next day started with a nice breakfast. The main advantage was the staff, then the nice room, the breakfast and also the possibility of a garage. Very good, which is why we hope to appear with You again. We would like to say Thank You!

I liked pretty much everything about the hotel. It's a true 5-star hotel approach to the clients. I missed the opportunity to visit sauna and they kindly arranged it for me individually. Also it was great that my kid got a comfy low bed. This improved the quality of sleep for every member of the family.

Would be amazing if sauna worked 24 hours or at least till midnight and opened at 9:00 or 10:00, not at 12:00.

The hotel is pretty stilish and comfy. It is located directly at the main square. Breakfast is very good and the gym facilities are very very good.

Only the bathroom could use some update. The food at the restaurant was not that special, but coming from Bavaria you can get more critical with this type of food. The car parking is very expensive but you can park the car nearby for 4€ a day within a 3 min walk. The good thing is that they give you this option at the check-in.

The location is on a central square. The best bike parking garage I have seen. Big room, all tools are available if you need a small repair. Escalator to bring the bike outside the bike storage. Very nice and comfortable SPA/Wellness area.

Absolute outstanding Hotel. As a flight attendant I managed to stay in countless hotels around the world. The townhouse will set itself to the top list of competition, even with leading Hotels. Very friendly helpful personel at the reception as well as at the restaurant. You made our stay very nice and special. Thank you!

Nicely located on the main square. Great place to sit outside and have a drink or meal and watch the world go by. Hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. The bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a ceiling fan but in summer air-conditioning would have been preferable. Ended up opening the windows during the night. No direct parking space so it was a 5 minute walk to the public car park - upside was cheap parking, just €4 overnight. Being on the main square it was a little tricky trying to park to take out suitcases. The wifi is not secure (password protected)

Breakfast was fantastic, rooms lovely and well decorated. Great location for exploring the town.

Expensive the park at the hotel, just 4euro in carpark 5 mins away (ask reception).
