The room was clean, bright and well equipped. A free mini bar was a nice touch. The shower was very good and the bed was huge, as was the tv. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it wasn't quite a bed of roses.

It took over 45 minutes to check in as there was only one member of staff on the front desk. At one point there was a long queue of guests out of the front door behind us. Absolutely not the fault of the guy on the desk, who couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful. Just a case of an extra member of staff on duty around the start of the check in time to speed things up a bit.

The rooms are wonderful big, very clean, the beds are excellent and the blankets are a delight, also the extra cousins are great. The overall style is very nice and chique and also dog friendly! Free drinks in the fridge where do you find this! The price is great for what you get. Iam now officially a fan these hotel chain and I will definitely visted again when passing true Germany. Keep up the good work

Huge room. Quiet location. Good parking. Comfy beds. Interesting building which was once part of a US army facility. Breakfast was good. Some free drinks in the mini bar.

Reception only open in afternoon and evening. Room not 100% dusted. It's a 15 minute walk to the city centre but I knew that when booking.

Very spacious room with a huge bed and very nice linen, big windows. Classy bathroom although the shower cabin a bit small. The staff were very friendly and there was a special place to lock our bikes.

A/C would have been a huge upgrade.

Lovely old building in a quiet area, but easily walkable to city centre. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it looked very good. The rooms were spacious, king-sized beds, and the mini-fridge included complimentary drinks.

Fantastic clean, spacious rooms. Will definitely ately stay here again My go-to hotel for worms. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our room appeared brand new and was really well fitted out with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom were lovely and bright and very quiet.
