Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient location close to airport and Palace mall. Rooms generally very clean.

In my opinion minor issues: occasional drop in water pressure in the shower / bathroom. A few of the towels and linens provided had a somewhat damp smell. The generally convenient location means in this case that you're right off ever busy Spintex road, so if you're sensitive to street noise make sure you don't stay in a room facing the street.

The amenities were uptodate, and the facility was clean. The staff came through at a moments notice to help celebrate our daughter's birthday 🎂 🥳. They were all so pleasant. Always smiling, courteous and willing to help. The staff was quick to respond to calls for help with anything in the rooms. We would definitely stay here again on our return trip to Accra Ghana 🇬🇭. Thank you all for making our stay, a pleasant and memorable one. Hoping to see you all soon. ❤

The mattress was a little hard and there weren't hooks in the bathroom to hang items of clothing. The room cleaning staff did offer and place padding to help the mattress issue. Many thanks for that.

I love the room and how the Hotel is arranged. There is also a Mall just next to the hotel and you can get all you need for daily stuff. There is a reggea bar/restaurant next to the hotel where you can listen to live music and get good food. The room was spacious and everything one needed. The staff were also very kind.

I did not like the fact that there was food in the fridge that apparently has been there from previous guest that stayed in the room I was. Other than that, this place is really a nice place to stay.

My first stay at Oak and it was very convenient, location close to the airport and beside the Palace mall. Staff is very courtious and helpful, manager Ms Brenda was always around to make sure everything goes perfect. Airport transfer was very smooth and timely.

Staff was welcoming, breakfast was wonderful. Corridors are quiet. Rooms are small but I didnt stay in given I was working. Airport shuttle available and on time.

Access to a business/work place would be good for dmall meetings. Used Joe’s Bar which worked out well with computer. Staff was very helpful.

Staff always at hand and very friendly, helpful & professional throughout my stay. Room & hotel restaurant, bar & restrooms were all very clean. Whether dining inside or out by the pool or in the garden, the food was delicious. Best yam chips ever! WiFi service very good

It would be ideal if the hotel offered (blue or striped) in house guest poolside towels at reception to easily identify guests from other pool visitors. The mustard towels I was provided with were old, shredding & in need of replace

-Convenient booking accommodation with breakfast included in price -Close to airport. And offer for pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport - Fridge in room -Room service available (for a few though) -Check-in was smooth and the available staff at the time were extremely friendly. Who also made my stay comfortable

-One of the staff members was very argumentative. This ruined my checkout experience. -I felt the room was not well maintained. Bathrooms fittings were not closing properly or fitting right/about to come. -Standard room looked smaller than advertised on booking.

I loved the people and the place. Absolutely amazing pool and surroundings. There is a great restaurant called Jamrock with live music and next door to the hotel there is a big shopping centre. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Ghana.

Location is accessible, staff are nice, it’s decent, food is delicious

The complementary airport pick up is poor, long wait time, air conditioning not working, i has to sit in the hot bus for 1:30hrs while we wait for other passengers to arrive. Eventually had to leave and take a taxi. It’s better to discontinue the service. Leaves a bad taste with the traveller.

The first room that was showed to me was small and cramped. There was also a smell from the bathroom. On request, I was shown another room which was much bigger in the same price range. Glad I was shown this option because it was late at night. The rooms could be cleaner. We found dead flies and hair on the floor. There was a very dirty looking brown rug on the floor which gave a distasteful look to the room. Otherwise, clean room. Slept very well. Breakfast was fantastic as usual - hotels in Accra have an amazing breakfast spread. The pool was great. We were picked and dropped to the Airport with a free shuttle.
