1. spacious and clean rooms (we stayed in two rooms as we moved once) 2. the bigger size rooms are perfect for families with a child or more, as the main bedroom part is separated by a door from the ''living room'' where the baby can sleep 3. excellent choices of food, most of it varied every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Desserts were great too! Put on an extra 3 kg so that says something! 4. very friendly and helpful personnel at the reception, the drivers that took us to our room on multiple occasions, bar staff etc. 5. nice to have entertainment in English although for us this was a bit too late in the evening having a small toddler, but great if your kid is older (there is entertainment in German too but is exclusive to German speaking guests though) 6. nice to have access to private beach and towels given by the hotel (I must say though that in reality the beach is a lot smaller than it looked like in the pictures, however there was always space to sit on a bed, so no problem there)

1. initially we were given a room in the Ilios building, facing the entertainment area. It was quite noisy until 23:30 (luckily the baby was sleeping in the separate area which was further from the windows, but for us it was disturbing, hence we asked for another room) 2. above floor 1 of Ilios building there is a restaurant and from early morning until evening you could hear people dragging the chairs along the floor. Not the hotel's fault if guests don't have some etiquette, but it added to the noise we faced in this room. 3. the juice offer was very poor (very sugary and artificially coloured, far from natural juices). I would strongly recommend the management to reconsider the juice offers with some that are better quality

According to Peter and Lyudmila, who were guests of the hotel on my booking: It's a beautiful area with plenty of places to go for a walk. Attentive, polite and responsive staff - not a single request of ours was left unresolved. Varied food in the restaurant, we also enjoyed dinner in the tavern - it was an opportunity to get acquainted with greek cuisine (dinner must be booked in advance). We had the best holiday experience - we want to come back next year.

There were no scheduled excursions (of course, it was the end of October). But the staff helped us to call a taxi to go to Lindos on our own.

Perfect resort for families with children. The place is huge and caters for kids of all ages. Location is lovely as it’s a fairly quiet place and has everything you need on a holiday. No real need to leave the property. The beach is lovely, water is crystal clear and calm…perfect for relaxing and spend the day with the family. The staff were lovely, especially the reception team, who went above and beyond with our every need. We requested a room change because we have a young baby in a pram and our original room was only accessible by stairs and we got moved as soon as they could do it. The team also sent a complimentary sparkling wine bottle as we were celebrating our anniversary, which was a great touch. Rooms are functional and fairly comfortable. The waiting staff at the restaurant as well as the bar staff were incredible, always so friendly and helpful.

The attitude of some of the seating staff at the restaurant could be improved. Unfortunately, because of us staying there at the start of the season, only one restaurant was available. The food quality at the pool snack bar could be better.

Our room was amazing, we had a huge beautiful private swimming pool, the room was very clean and the design is amazing. we got a minibar fool of drinks and a bottle of wine. money well spent.

The adults only rooms are far from the rest of the hotel (pool, spa, dining room, beach etc.). you have to climb up the hill to get back to the room every time, so it's not very comfortable. The food in the hotel is average, not good not terrible, and the coffee is just *awful*. the "beach bar" is nowhere near the beach. you have to cross the road from the beach and get back to the hotel to get drinks.

The staff were very helpful. We arrived a day late as our flights had been cancelled. When we arrived they said go and get some lunch we can book you in later. They answered all our questions and everyone from reception, to the restaurant staff and spa team were so helpful and patient. The restaurant and options of where to dine was good. The beach was lovely and clean. Nice touch to have drink machines at the beach. Loved that there were plenty of bins on the beach and recycling options were encouraged

Beach towels were provided and the rules where you couldn't reserve a sun bed around the pool or beach till 10am but this was ignored and not policed. This made it nearly impossible to get a bed on the beach at 10am as they had already been reserved

friendly and cheerful staff

It is of course not really a 5star. It is an all included with a selection of wines, that differs excactly white, rose and red. And they are all terrible. And at 9.00 in the morning you should occupy your place at the beach. After 10.00 you can forget it for the whole day. They do not care to offer enough beach chairs for all of their 5star clients. The same is true for the pool.

The location is perfect. Rooms are clean and upgraded, beautiful lobby, clean pools, variety of food and drinks in all inclusive program. Very good entertainment in the evenings, nice singers, great music and show. Stegna perfect location has beautiful beach but you need shoes for the beach, as there are very sharp stones. Umbrella and sunbed included to the price are great. A lot of kids and entertainment for the kids.

Everything in the resort is just perfect. Location is gorgeous, the facilities are incredible. The room we were in was extremely beautiful with our own pool. Every inch of the hotel was perfectly clean anytime of the day, you could see staff maintaining all the time so everything would be great. Both restaurants and bars worked also perfectly with really good quality food and drinks. Even the snaks at the pool bar were delicious. Everyone in the staff were great. An special mention for Antonio, waiter at the pool bar. As soon as he knew we were Spanish, he used our language with us and was really kind and professional. The private beach was also really good. Far better than what we expected. With comfortable beach beds and also drinks and coffee at the beach. We absolutely liked everything!!!

Nothing. The time we had there was perfect.

We stayed in a Adult Only suites from 30/09 to 06/10. The suite was incredible. Amazing decor, we had the end suite so was very private and incredible views over the private pool and bay. With the suite you get lots of perks like free spa use, unlimited trips to the ala carte restaurant (which you had to book). When you put your card into the door it automatically opens up the curtains to the terrace, very nice little touches everywhere. It was very quiet up there, we spent some evenings on the day bed listening to the entertainment down at the pool bar from afar. We were given a welcome fruit platter and bottle of wine and were generally treated amazingly. The hotel itself had plenty going on! We don’t have kids but there was a full activity programme running every day, a big play area with multiple things in there (including a video games room). Mini golf and squash courts were great (they even give you Court shoes to play!). The beach is nice, it’s a bit rocky on one side but if you go down to the left it’s coarse sand and lovely! The beds were super comfy too. Lots of people mentioned the hills around the complex, our room which was one of the furthest away was max 5 minute walk to the main facilities and beach albeit up a steep hill on the way back (we didn’t mind this to try and make ourselves feel better for all the food!). You can hire a car from the hotel too which was fab for a day trip out. The private pool had sun from the morning to about 12:30, and the pool is a little chilly but it’s refreshing and fine once you’re in! The staff were super friendly everywhere, can’t praise them enough! The all inclusive is ok - the gyros served at the pool bar and the adult only breakfast area were highlights. The main buffet is good, we managed to find stuff to eat every night but had had better variety of food at other resorts.

We had a couple of power outages when we were there, they were resolved really quickly though! The hotel is very German centric, which isn’t a problem but people would often talk to us in german.

Great location in small town Stegna, beautiful surroundings - mountains and sea. Modern facilities, cool bar with a sea view, Aurora restaurant - breakfast with sprakling vine and sea view! Kids pool + kids playground for evening activities, free minigolf for family free time. Beautiful sandy beach just across the street... Just perfect

It is hard to find any inconvenient moments. One thing comes to my mind- room service starts cleaning the rooms at 8:30 a.m. It is a bit early for vacation. But the lady was very friendly and we postponed our room service for later hour. No problem.
