Close to ferry port, which is what we needed when our ferry arrived at 11:30 pm. Staff met us in plaza just when we were having trouble locating the hotel, which was a lifesaver! The room was very basic but clean, and covered all our needs for a three day stay. We purposely reserved a triple so we'd have more space. We took advantage of the kitchenette to make a couple light meals to eat on our balcony. We found it actually to be unexpectedly relaxing to stay in this unpretentious and minimalist environment. The place had a good vibe! We did hear someone singing what sounded like traditional Greek folk songs somewhere (a bar nearby?) in the middle of our last night there. I was torn between enjoying the music and being unable to sleep because of it! It went on for hours, until 4 or 5 a.m. Other than that, we found it pretty quiet.

If there had just been a place on the wall to hold the shower head! It's hard for me to hold it and wash (especially my hair) at the same time.

Everything we wanted was handy- restaurants/shops/ferry. Nice kitchenette.

Friday and Saturday night disco a few doors away, noisy until 3am

Good room in the town a very short walk from the seafront, bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff, we arrived on the ferry very late at night and she met us and took us to the room. She was very helpful with suggestions and was very welcoming. The room itself was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There was no air con but a ceiling fan, we were there at the end of the summer season so it wasn't too hot but probably worth bearing in mind if you stay when it's really hot. That said there were 2 balconies and there's good air flow with the doors open. The kitchen wasn't particularly well equipped but there was enough that we could make coffee and breakfast. In general we had a good stay for a great price.

The only down side was the shower, there was no bracket for the shower head, the shower curtain was hung too low so was dragging all over the floor (and wasn't the cleanest) and there was the smell of drain in the bathroom the whole time but we just kept the window open. Oh and the lights were aggressively bright.

Great location in the middle of the town. Clean and comfy. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Great value for money for a short stay. Little balcony to dry clothes. Excellent host, smiley and friendly.

Not a huge problem but bathroom was a bit too small and no shower cubicle. Shower curtain would literally stick on you whilst showering. You could get the heat off other A/C condensers from the little balcony alley and smells from food prep around the flat but this was only when standing on the balcony.

The location was good, in the centre of Agios Kyrikos, very close to the port Parking spots for vehicles were not provided in the property, but it wasn't hard to find one. Communication with the owner was splendid and fast. There was a board with basic info (in cases of emergency, bus timetables, rental offices and suggestions for restaurants) which I thought was thoughtful and useful. Thank you for everything!

I was expecting a daily visit from room service for at least garbage collection and just basic cleaning, that's all. I would suggest the replacement of clothes pegs

Good central location. Nice balcony. Good cooker. Very convenient to pop out to the bakery, etc. The room was cleaned every other day.

No towel rail. Only one knife. Quite noisy at all times. We never met any staff, either at check-in or check out, but that wasn't a problem.

The location is right in the heart of Ikaria's main port, Agios Kirykos. Plenty of places to eat in the evening and much more atmosphere than any other of the island's towns or villages.

No sandy beaches nearby. A few pebbly ones south of the Port, or a 4km trip north to Therma (accessible by local bus and taxis) is better for swimming.

I liked that it was very close to everything, very clean , great hot water shower , hard beds which I like , convenient With everything g you need little kitchenette with electric kettle

A nice set of rooms just above the cafés on the harbour front promenade - so very close to everything in town but still quiet. It had everything we wanted, kitchen, hot water, toiletries etc.

The view from our room was nothing special - over the alleys behind - but the smell from the bakery was good though!!

I have stayed here before and the location is excellent. The owners were very helpful in communicating as was the lady who was cleaning the rooms. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and extremely clean and well kept.
