property is in a good location and staff are pleasant.

no water provided to the guests you have to buy itthey state they have a gym which I used, it had 1 running machine, elliptical, bike and multi gym. running at 12km machine got error and stopped nearly propelling me through the wall, elliptical did not work and was kept together with tape. just dangerous equipment.

The hotel has a beautifully decorated interiors, large spaces, and stunning views from the bar and pool. The staff is excellent, very warm, and very keen to make the staying a great experience. Rooms are very comfortable, warm and cosy and the upper floors have stunning views. The hotel offers everything you may need. We had a fantastic breakfast in our room , in the balcony overseeing the valley. There is a free shuttle available for transfer to arachova and great food at the restaurant.

The lower floor double rooms "with view to the valley" that face the front , have a very limited view to the valley, so if you want the panoramic view , make sure you request for it when booking. The staff kindly upgraded us to a higher floor, as it was important for us, but that is subject to availability. Both the rooms were very nice though and with very comfortable extra sized beds.

Rooms need restoration and there was no shampoo available (although, slippers were). This was unexpected. Not a good impression.

Loved the hotel, nicely decorated, great rooms, comfy beds and best breakfast in Greece! If all Domotel hotels provide this level of comfort we will certainly make them our preferred chain.

Dinner closed a little early (9.30pm) but the toasties were good! No kettle in the room to make a morning coffee. The pool looked lovely but the water was freezing … understandable as it costs a fortune to heat and usage is probably minimal. Loved every minute of our stay!!

Too warm room at night. I would prefer having a sheet to cover, than a too warm quilt.

the sofa in the room is unacceptable, some of the personnel is acting in a passive aggressive way.

Although there was variety at the breakfast buffet, the quality of the ingredients was very basic. Orange juice was not fresh, but from condensed squash, which is a shame

The hotel and its staff offer a very pleasant experience to their guests. They upgraded our room for free as soon as we arrived. We got a balcony with a nice view! We stayed in the "old" rooms, I guess, not the renovated ones but still, the room was cozy and clean. The breakfast is adequate and the pool facilities offer a place to relax! We loved the bar area with the fireplace, the Christmas decoration, and the excellent music playlist! Generally, the hotel gives an ambiance of coziness and comfort! I would recommend this stay to people that are not looking for luxury places but nice and cozy stays.

The hotel is not very far from the center of Arachova but the way there is a bit dangerous (no pavements and a bit dark), if you don't mind paying a 5 euro taxi fee to go to the center then it is not a problem. The bathroom ventilator was too loud. Our room had no noise cancellation, we could hear the music from the bar clearly during the night, and other noises from the nearby rooms. Although it was not such a big problem for us, other people might not be happy with the noise. The pool area can be improved.

Very friendly and polite staff, very good breakfast. Good location slightly out of town with plenty of parking. I would like to thank you for upgrading our room free of charge.

Overall levels of noise. The property needs to be painted or dressed up with some sound proofing material. Normal day to day movements and activities from the guests are somehow amplified by the building it’s self. I am not calling it a noisy place but if some one drops their bottle of shampoo on the bathroom floor it will be heard by half of the hotel. Maybe dressing up the corridors and rooms with carpets could potentially eliminate some of that noise.

Something needs to be done about the pool. People go there to relax and not to have to suffer the inconvenience and noise from the water games children and immature adults play. There are signs for proper behaviour and they are being ignored. The staff is not enforcing the rules as strictly as they should.
