The guesthouse is a perfect place to stay to visit Olympia. One street up from the downtown center it provides an oasis of quiet but still just a three minute walk to restaurants, shops and all you need. Additionally, all the sites are within an easy walk so park the car in safe and accessible spots right in front of the hotel and you don’t need to bother with it again until you leave. A lovely breakfast every morning to start the day and you must try the very special hand crafted cocktails created with care at the bar. Some of the best drinks we’ve ever had. Great Wi-Fi. Overall a perfect experience.

Not a thing.

My only complaint is that I planned an early morning 'get up and go' for my family... but when my alarm went off, there was rain pounding on the roof of our Infinity #8 Rooftop family suite, the beds were so comfy and warm, and the space was so comfortable... that I turned off my alarm, rolled over and fell back to sleep to the sound of rain on the roof. When we finally pulled the family from our beds (1 queen, 2 twin), we made our way downstairs, for a delicious breakfast of yogurt, fruits, breads, cheese, cereal- and of course, coffee. Our ambassador, Damiano, could not have been more helpful. He was waiting for us after a long journey and made checkin a breeze. We mentioned that we were hungry and tired, and he said he would take care of it. He got us into the taverna next door, even though they were booked for reservations that night, and we had a delicious feast to remember! This quick 1 night stay was a highlight of our entire Greek Adventure. We regret that we couldn't have stayed longer. Thank you, Damiano :)

The place is designed and decorated with some enthusiasm and some nice features. I had the roof top appartment with huge terrace. The owner (ex-IT) tried his best to make the wifi working for my job and temporarily succeeded. The appartment was quite nice and comfi and spacious. The terrace was nice. The owner cancelled my 2nd night upon my request directly without any discussion. The owner is an entertaining character who can advertise the few things that this place has to offer in a funny way.

The stairs were a pain with my heave baggage but the owner helped me to bring it up (thanks) but when I checked out, he forgot. Due to the specifics of Greek wifi networks and the specifics of my corporate VPN, which did not like each other, I could not properly work there and had to cancel the second night. It was not a big issue for me. The owner was a bit grumpy when faced with my wifi problems, but nobody is perfect right. According to a documentary of the German TV on youtube that I saw when I was there, Leonidaion was the hotel for the super-rich people in Olympia. I would say that does not really match the standard, although indeed it is a nice place - but: The breakfeast is really on the low end of what I have experienced in Greek; please improve *a lot here*.

The host/owner Damiano is great! He had so many helpful suggestions. The room was comfortable, we even had a tiny balcony. You're walking distance to the stadium and the museums as well as the tiny town of Olympia. The bar downstairs is full stocked. There is seating outside and a small patio area. The breakfast is cereals, coffee, juice, biscuits and more. We drove and there are about 4-5 parking spaces right in front.

Nothing bad to say about the Guesthouse. Olympia is a tiny town, we tried to go to the winery and it was closed. The bee farm was wonderful. The beach Damiano recommended was also great.

Damianos, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with us and our dog, and he made fantastic cocktails. Our rooms at the top floor were great, especially for our dog and our children, and we had a bit of time outside on the hammock. The only problem was that we and our dog preferred the inside with the aircon, as it was very hot and humid outside..🫠. Spent a few hours drinking great cocktails and talking to Damianos at the very friendly and accomodating hotel bar.

The rain shower needed a bit of descaling. But that was not really a problem, just something to mention in this category.

Lovely traveller home away from home. We stayed in the large triple room, which has super comfy beds, everything is super clean, it has a modern bathroom with a great shower. From the balcony (or just from the bed) you have a lovely view i to the valley. Walking distance to Ancient Olympia site and museums and the town centre just down the road. The neighbourhood is friendly, quiet and safe. A nice continental was included in our deal, you try the creamy greek yoghurt. Very nice. Damiano goes out of his way to make you feel at home and you will quickly appreciate the relaxed vibe of this traveller home. He knows the area perfectly and will tell you where to go to eat (The restaurant two doors next to police station serves amazing fish and greek dishes) and when to best see the ancient site to catch it in the best light and when it is quiet. We would go back anytime.

Great location, there was parking space although it was a bit tight and it might be difficult for less experienced drivers to park as tight as it's required to fit the desired capacity. Damiano (the host) was exceptional, he gave us great suggestions (museum tips, best times to visit, a few beaches to go to when we were leaving) and the food place he recommended was top notch. The place is the definition of VFM as it has a good location with parking and breakfast included in the price and it's also clean with decent amenities (good co-working space, lounge, shower with shampoo and a nice bed).

The room and the building in general is old and has been renovated to a point (and the renovations suit the space aesthetic well). It's not that we didn't like it but it's not the "10/10" space that some might be looking for. We would certainly stay there again despite that because the whole experience left us very satisfied and it's not like we were looking to stay at Hilton.

We stayed 1 night in Leonidaion guesthouse. We really enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located near the Olympus site. (Only 1 block away)The questhouse was superb. Our host Damiano is the best ambassador you can imagine. Explaining everything you need to know, with humor. Clean rooms, trendy modern interior , great breakfast. And last but not least, Damiano arranges our flat car tyre to be fixed within 1 hour. 5 stars for Damiano ! We strongly recommend.

Damiano our host was great, gave us a good run through of Olympia along with some great recommendations for diner. The room was great for our one night stay. It was super clean, a good size and had great working air-con. Bathroom was a little tight but perfectly functional. Breakfast was great with a good variety of items on offer and great coffee. I know Olympia isn't big but the hotel was in the perfect location to walk into the town or a short easy walk to the Olmpia Archeological site amd museums.

A lovely appartment with a fabulous terrace overlooking olympia.the host is so enthusiastic and nothing istoo much trouble.we were here 8 years ago and have veryfondmemories of our stay.there is a separate living room and kitchenette.

There are alot of stairs which make it difficult for those with mobility problems but staff are always ready to carry any luggage for you.the shower is over the bath and there's no slip mat.also no coffee in the ro9m.
