Exemplary hospitality. Mister Dimitris is one of a kind. Knowledgeable, kind, with a great sense of humor, very accommodating. Stayed in the Deluxe Suite on the top floor. A bit pricey, but a huge room, with a great terrace overlooking the entire bay, great big bed and a nice sitting area, and 2 TVs. Breakfast was filled with homemade surprises, like loukoumades and tiganites! There is a great spot for swimming about 50 meters from the hotel (sandy). There is a grocery store right across from the hotel, and a bunch of tavernas and bakeries at about 150-250 meters.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is located right at the sea shore, there's literally 40cm between its walls and water. From the balcony there's a picturesque view over the Argolic Gulf and nearby islands. One can swim right in front of the hotel, or walk around 200m for a classic sandy beach. Room was basic, but everything was clean, also the towels were changed daily. Breakfast was a bit simple, but it wasn't bad or poor either. There's no private parking, but it's always possible to park along the street in front of the hotel. Hotel owners are friendly and hospital, even provided me special beach towel without being specifically asked for it.

Nothing for the requested price, it's a great option to spend time in a quiet peaceful town, close to the nature.

This lovely property is right on the water at Tolo, down the quieter end of town. We had the best room in the house, on the top floor with a balcony all our own. Tolo is a magical place, lots of lovely eating places within a hundred metres of Hotel Tolo with the city of Nauplion twenty minutes away and the archaeological sites of Tiryns and Mycenae close by.

Location, location, location. You are literally a few inches from the waters edge. We kept our balcony door open at night to listen to the waves. Magic. The staff were excellent.

Compared with similar hotels we have stayed in during our trip to Greece, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much choice, a dodgy toaster, no fresh fruit. However the coffee machine was excellent. The room decor seemed a bit dated. And having the TVs right by the balcony door is strange as we could hear our neighbours' quite clearly each morning.

Everything was great. The position of the hotel is perfect. You can enjoy breakfast from a dinning room facing the sea. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Especially Dimitris, the owner. Breakfast was excellent, the best I've had in Greece so far. We checked in an hour earlier, and while we waited, we were offered drinks on the house. If I find myself again in Tolo, I will definitely come again to this hotel.

It can be noisy at night if your room has an inland view.

Perfect small hote, very well maintained. Very, very clean. Excellent breakfast with variety of dishes that change on daily basis. Perfect location. The most important-very polite, friendly and professional staff that made our stay just wonderful. Thank you 😍

Breakfast was ok. We had a sea view and it was great. Restaurants and shops were near.

Next house was under construction and there was quite a lot of construction noise and garbage on the street. Room was quite small.

Breakfast in last 3 years has slightly decreased in quality staff excellent . This year we will have stayed there total of 4 times

Choice of selection for bfast . Crepes pancaskes jam last time we had creme brûlée . Yogurt

Good value for what we paid! We got the deluxe suite which was clean, big with a lot of space and a great view of the sea outside the balcony!

The staff was not at all enthusiastic. Our fridge in the deluxe suite didnt even have a bottle of water in it... ive gone to much simpler hotels who even did the effort to put drinks and snacks in the fridge, coffee etc. The suite had a jacuzzi which didnt even work, it just did a whole lotta noise. The general feeling i got was that the hotel felt like it was a "shadow" of its former self, and it may have been much much better like 5-10 years ago. Now its just running, but without any enthusiasm or effort put into it.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very beautiful and is located on the seashore, the cleanliness is perfectly, everything shines, the breakfast is excellent. The hotel team is incredibly hospitable. Thank you for all! We will definitely come back!
