The owner was exceptionally kind and provided answers and help to all our queries. The great thing about this location is that is 20 meters away from the sea. The room is modernly equipped, clean, everything is new and, in addition, the room has all the information needed for those who would like to commute around or in Athens. Apart from public transportation available toward Athens (however with several connections) and very close from the house, those who come by car have the option of a ride by their own car to a metro station with underground parking, e.g. Nomismatokopeio (safe and at reasonable price) from where they can get quickly to the city center, see Athens, and return in the evening to enjoy the sea in a quiet and beautiful place. Although it was a one night stay for us I would recommend it for those having a car as an alternative to staying in Athens.

The beds were probably the most comfortable ones we stayed in, and the room was spotlessly clean. The parking was convenient and we enjoyed being right beside the beach. There were sufficient amenities for our stay, but we were only there for one night before heading to the airport. I would say that this is an ideal landing spot for when flying in or out of Athens. There's not much in walking distance, but the town can be reached within a couple of minutes by car.

This is hardly a complaint, but something to be aware of: While the property is right on the water, there's not really a beach to speak of. This was okay for us, since we were there just for just the night before we flew out. We were able to take a dip the night before and the morning of our flight, and that was great, but if you're expecting to sit on the beach, you'll be disappointed. That said, there are proper beaches that are very close, so if you're staying longer, you still get a nice beach experience.

The Cubes is a real Gem. In case you’re traveling on by ferry or plane, both the port and airport are within 15 minutes. The shuttle service company the Cubes work with are extremely professional, and safe. You can pay them by card and know the price upfront + they tell you interesting facts about the area of Artemis. (Shoutout to our driver Themis who was excellent!!) The Cubes: build quality and comfort 10 out of 10. The magnet card system works without any issue. There’s even a reception during day hours, but you can do everything on your own without problem. The owners clearly invested a lot of money, sweat and tears into this accommodation service and it shows! highly recommended

everything was awesome

This was our favorite accommodation in all of Greece. Excellent before or after going to the airport location with ocean views. The owner chatted with us and was really nice and friendly. Unlike most accommodation we found in Greece they seemed genuinely invested in guests happiness. We came back for a second time we loved it so much. It is literally the only accommodation we found that did not have something broken in the bathroom or room. It is also the only accommodation in our 3 week trip I can't think of anything to complain about. Exceptionally clean, and comfortable. It is a little further from restaurants, but the kitchen is really well equipped. The Ocean can be heard from both of the rooms we stayed in.

You can feel the good energy from the very first moment you are steping in the entrance. Loving and unforgetable moments in this place for me. Every detail is fabulous: the sound of the waves from your window, the view, the little garden, the cleaneness, the beautiful attitude of the owners & workers, the little presents on the table...all making a unique experience. Very beautiful. Every corner of it feels like a bit of heaven on earth. High recommendable. Really worth it for the price and service. They even organized a shuttle car at night for my trip back to the airport.

Beautiful grounds within walking distance from the sea with beautiful views. Private outside area, almost like a small yard, with reclining chairs ideal for sunbathing or just snoozing in the sun. The area is quiet and a small walk away from a cafe and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with water, coffee, sugar, jams and rusks - ideal for light breakfast. Bathroom perfectly clean and stocked with shampoo, body wash and fluffy towels. Very comfortable bed/pillows. Sotiris was friendly & accommodating. Will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely nothing!

Location was perfect - 10 min from airport. Situated just next to the beach, it has amazing seaside views. For a boutique property, it was great to have a reception with staff on hand to assist with queries etc. Thank you George for being so professional and responsive. Room was pristine - felt brand new. And the amenities and snacks were a really nice touch. Kudos to Mr Sotiris for hosting such a beautiful and well-run property!

The place was amazing. George greeted us and helped with the luggage and accessing the room. The taxi was booked for us by the administration which is a great thing. Our taxi driver was charming. The administration replied to all our requests on time and they were very polite.

We tried to have our morning coffee on the balcony to enjoy the view but there was no shade. It was not possible to sit. The only other minor thing was please have some cold water especially when it is so hot.

This was an unexpected surprise - we booked this accommodation for the last night of the holiday because it was easy travelling distance to the airport (20mins/20Euros taxi) and it turned out to be one of the best stays of the holiday! The room was immaculate, well appointed and well stocked. The balcony overlooks the beach and the sea (which is literally metres away) and is a wonderful spot to enjoy a glass of wine whilst listening to the waves lapping on the shore and relishing the gentle sea breeze. Huge supermarket 5 minutes walk away and beach side restaurants about 7 minutes walk away. You are away from the main tourist areas so prices are more reasonable and there is an easy bus service to whizz you into the tourist areas when you want. The beach and sea is sandy with few rocks, a shallow gradient and no strong current so is child friendly. Quite popular with the local families which is always a good sign. The host was excellent and very amenable. Really enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer. This is somewhere I could happily live - so relaxing! We will be back to Greece again in the near future and this will have a more prominent position on our itinerary next time. We have done the islands so this will be an ideal hub location for further exploring Athens and the mainland.

For me, my wife, my brother and sister-in-law; this was absolutely perfect and just what we wanted (and needed) but for those wanting to experience the busy and throbbing night life, you will need to do a short commute. It is not far away but it is not on your doorstep. Just something to bear in mind if you are in your 20's or early 30's (which I am not anymore, lol).

Location, spot on cleaning and owner availability . Everything was as expected (al amenities : wifi, bathroom, room location, parking spot, etc.) on the best level. Location of the property within walking distance for market, coffee shop, restaurants and within the crawlinf distance of the beach 😉 They do have umbrelas and beach bed, beach towels.
