The Staff so friendly and helpful. The room feels like my home. The location so good, near every thing. We can found every thing when we need to make a shopping, much more shops, supermarkets, restaurants and Bazar near there.

The TV hasn't enough channels, only Greek channels..

We felt very comfortable in our room on the third floor, it was just the right amount of space for a family of 4. We didn't hear any noises from our room at night, even though the night life nearby is very busy. Great aspects about the hotel: Location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff service (they helped us in all our requests, starting from booking us a taxi upon arrival the first night). I'd definitely come back and recommend it of course.

Just something to be mindful about: The elevator space is quite tight, if you're travelling with a large group and many bags/suitcases, you need to be patient. When we had the energy for it, we just walked upstairs.

the location really near with the acropolis, the Acropolis museum , all the tourist attractions are walkable (safe walk at night) , a lot of restaurants and souvenirs shop , near with metro Acropolis station (only €9 from airport to hotel). Simple breakfast , same everyday except the fruits . The hotel provide hand sanitizer for hygiene. Staff really helpful and nice. Fast reply from them when message at the Booking.com apps.

the breakfast timing too late , starts at 8:00 am-10:00am and too short. the elevator too small , perfect to fit in for one person with one big luggage.

Athens Studio apartment was a great choice for downtown Athens. It is so convenient to every sight we had on our list. We had apartment 19 on the 4th floor with a view of Acropolis. It was breathtaking. The room was tiny, but had all the amenities we needed for our 2 night stay. The balcony with our table for 2 added just the right touch to our evenings. The room is located 1 block away from the Acropolis museum. We booked a hop on hop off bus that had a stop 1 block off another side street. I highly recommend that purchase also. The breakfast served every morning was excellent. Fried or boiled eggs, toast, fruit, cheese, sliced meats. Excellently served at 8 am. We could have used it a bit earlier, but we were ready to eat and run each morning. They were kind enough to hold our luggage after check out so that we could do a bit more sightseeing before heading out of town. All in all, it is a very satisfactory choice for a hotel in Athens.

The hallway can be noisy at night. The cleaning service ran long into the evening and talked loudly amongst themselves. We put a towel along the bottom of the door and that helped muffle the noise somewhat. The room is tiny and can be a bit crowded even with just 2 people.

very close to Acropolis, museum and easy walk to Monasteri market area. Liked that there were very nice independently run restaurants and bars at good value nearby. Liked that there were artisans/atelier nearby - it did not feel too touristy

bigger balcony - it was very small for 2 people Not interested in the sports bar AT ALL and did not like that we were sent info about happy hour at the local bars. Perhaps if this invite was presented as a different offering (not a sport happy hour), it would be more appealing - after all is it nice to meet and exchange chat with other residents.

Location was fantastic, especially for the price and considering it had breakfast included. There are sports bars before but with the double glazed wlwindows you don’t even hear them. Reception staff were also very friendly both over the phone and in person when we arrived

Doors handle latch on the balcony door didn’t work very well so took multiple attempts to get it latch properly but more concerning was that the main door handle from the inside was broken and would come off when turned. With a bit of manipulation managed to get around it but definitely not ideal. We reported it to staff through the stay and they made a note to have it repaired so hopefully they do.

Location was perfect, room was exactly what I needed including the fridge to keep the water cold! I loved the laundrette being just below and the sports bar and grill made it have a fab atmosphere and as a solo traveller this made me feel safer when coming home at night. Security was great with the coded main door and code for the room.

Would have liked a lock on the inside of the room, and the lift was TINY! Also the air conditioning was either on or off - remote didn’t work to turn it down. In fairness I did not query this at reception because it wasn’t a big deal.

Can't really get a better location than this, literally 3 minutes walk to the Acropolis. The staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. There's a fantastic and very cheap restaurant directly over the road from this place. Fabulous big room with a spacious bathroom and shower cubicle. The breakfast was really nice and replenished regularly so that you had the same choices regardless of whether you ate at 7am or 10am. I would stay here again.

We booked a 'top floor Acropolis view room with terrace'. You could JUST see a part of the Acropolis and no more but, it was there. The title of 'top floor' was slightly misleading, however, as there was another huge room above us that slept up to 8 people and at one point we had to call staff late at night to deal with an unbearable level of noise coming from the people (what sounded like about 15 of them!) partying in that room. Credit to the staff on call however as she came and spoke to them and the noise stopped shortly after. Lots of other noisy guests are coming and going at all hours, but that's not the hotels fault. It's just irritating that people don't consider others trying to sleep when they decide to take phone calls out in the corridor or on their terrace at 4am!

I'm so glad we've found this great accommodation at the heart of Athens. Athens Studios belongs to a long range of hotels and restaurants in the area, which is super close to the Acropolis but still situated at the calmer area of Athens. Therefore the greatest restaurants and the metro station is just a few steps away, while the street itself is not that loud during the night (except for Friday night, or when a football match is happening :D ). The staff was super friendly and chill, everything was modern and clean. We've chose a studio at the 5th floor, therefore we could access the rooftop with astonishing Acropolis view. We couldn't get enough of it. Also, the satellite beds were surprisingly comfortable, I wouldn't tell by looking at the pictures at first. I also need to highlight the breakfast which was typical greek, with great variety of food and with amazing taste. Truly the best way to start your day.

Some windows just don't filter the noise, but you won't care after a long day under the Athens sun. :)

The room was quiet even though it is in busy area. There was an electric kettle for tea or instant coffee. The bathroom had a shower with good water pressure and hot water. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops near by. The Acropolis is only a few blocks away. It is close to many other sites. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

We didn't figure out the AC until the second day so suffered a hot night but after that first night we found it sufficient for cooling the room during high temperatures.
