Heritage Hill Hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3-night stay in Athens for our group of 6. It is a modern boutique hotel with comfortable and very clean accommodations. The rooms offer all the amenities you need while staying there. There is a very nice breakfast that can be included in your stay and a bar in the lobby serving coffees and various drinks throughout the day. The staff is wonderful, particularly Sotiris, who went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation for a day trip to Sounio. Location is excellent, just a short walk to many sites and minutes from the Metro. I would definitely return and highly recommended this to other travelers.

A short walk from buses, metro station, fabulous restaurants, this hotel is at a nice and less busy location. The room we stayed in was clean and good size for a city. The staff were wonderful. What we loved most was the sumptuous breakfast and made to order coffees. We stayed in May and the restaurant staff who took our offers was absolutely delightful. I couldn’t believe I forgot to get her name but she was friendly and professional. I’ve seen her single handedly manage a busy and hectic Saturday crowd with ease. She made our pleasant stay even more memorable. If we ever return to Athens again we will definitely stay here.

We loved everything about our hotel. The location was perfect for us: close to the city centre (Plaka and Syntagma 15 min walk) but not that busy, the public parking is close to the hotel (it is 8 euros per day and it is underground - loved that) and the area is safe. We enjoyed our room very much; the bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious (loved the shower - very sensorial) and the amenities were super nice. We had our room cleaned every day, with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. The hotel is a boutique urban hotel with a cute restaurant that serves a delicious breakfast. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Definitely a boutique hotel. The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to Acropolis. The area has a lot of restaurants but still a bit away from the busy busy area. Across the street, there are several bakery/sweets shops. The room is clean and comfortable. They offer not cleaning your room everyday, which we like.

We got a room on the road side. It is noisy. However I asked for ear plug in the reception and problem solved. There is only hanging option for your clothes. We have to dig in our open luggage as we stayed there for a couple of days.

Hotel lobby design is great. Just a bit far from tourist attraction. But the front desk staffs are absolutely helpful especially the lady in blonde (sorry forgot the name). we had party two rooms. She anticipated our need and helped us to assigned the room on the same floor. Mr. Sotiris is very helpful as well, knowing that we’re going to Santorini after check out, he proactively provided us some useful recommendations and basic intro of Santorini which made our following trip in Santorini was so memorable.

The laundry charge in the hotel was a bit confusing.

The interior design and some of the person of the staff. Eva from breakfast was so nice to us, a very kind and profesionist. It s a plus for the hotel, also the other ladies from the bar were super nice, can t remember their names now

All the noise we heard from outside the street. I don t know what windows they had but you could hear the noise as if they were open. Not all the staff was ok. John, the receptionist, has a problem with manners, very rude with the ladies. I was on high heels and because i took a chair from the breakfast area to stay some minutes in the reception with my friends , he spoke very rude to move it back by myself. I think as a person employed there, and as a man also, he shouldn t be allowed to speak like this with the clients, it s a minus for the hotel.

The hotel looks very stylish, new and modern. All is clean from the reception to the gym and the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helped us. The location is close to an M2 station and in waking distance to many great restaurants as well as many attractions including the acropolis. We would always come back.

The rooms are either to the back where you look into a building or to a very busy street that is incredibly noisy. The first night we were so tired from our travels that we slept regardless but all other nights we used earplugs that are provided in all room. That was for us the perfect solution. We would always come back!!

Very modern, fresh, stylish and cozy hotel in the center of Athens. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast is very rich with Greek specials and tasty. We were leaving early in the morning and were given breakfast boxes on the last day. Staff is exceptionally polite, welcoming and service minded. Every staff member from cleaning ladies to the host manager were very nice and helpful. Our room was changed to a similar at the higher floor when we asked about such possibility. SPECIAL THANKS to Sotiris at reception. He helped us not only with advice where to go for dining and sightseeing, but also shared information on many hidden treasures in Athens (we would have never gotten this information from hours of reading in open sources). Will definitely come back during next travel to Athens. Thank you all once again!

It’s an amazing hotel with super friendly and pleasant staff. Very convenient location, around 10-15 minutes walk to Acropolis Museum, Hadrian’s Arch and other focal points of the city as well. Metro station is one minute walk away and if you’re coming by car there is a huge and inexpensive parking lot inside the same building where metro is (parking is 8€ per day). Public transport is easy to use and you don’t need car in Athens at all. Breakfast was excellent and on point, also coffee that is made for you and tea were included in price. Rooms are quite nice and spacious enough. Guy working at the reception was super helpful and provided us with some key info about the rest of our stay in Greece. Awesome!

Very noisy at night as my particular room faced the road and the noise deadening could be better, the hotel provides ear defenders At my time of visiting (7th - 10th April) the hotel was quiet, went downstairs to have a drink in the evening and no one was there, this may be a deal breaker for you depending on your circumstances
